Very cute art! I think adding a visual oh how exactly the table will turn / be impacted by your decision would help with legibility. Maybe an arrow showing how far it will rotate, an X on who's turn will be skipped, or an arrow pointing in the new direction the table will turn. Nice work!

I agree with the previous comment about the tooltip size being a bit too big or the positioning obscuring the remote a bit too frequently, but everything else was great.
