Cool wave survival game! The spinning mechanic starts to make my fingers ache after a while, and I would have liked if there was different weapons, or maybe more permanent upgrades / power - ups, aside the current ones. Perhaps even a boss at a certain amount of time survived (and a timer would be nice). All in all though, fun game!
A very creative entry! Controls take a while to get into, but it becomes quite satisfying. Fingers get tired pretty quickly; it would be nice to have a way to break the monotony. The voice lines are a nice touch.
Super fun art style, I love how it carries over through all the menus/ui. I would've liked some sort of break from the button mashing cus I couldn't play for too long without hurting my hands haha :>
i do not get it either lmao
I legit do not get it lol.
oh my god i love this its so
sillyserious, the style is awesome and the gameplay is fun but challenging. above all though the highlight of this to me was the sound effects and voicelines, absolutely love them! This really hurts the hands hahah but I like the idea, it's fun. Lots of potential with the drink powerups. After a while I got to S rank and couldn't do much more other than walk around and get speed up buffs with all the money I had, not much else. One thing is I wish you could switch the WASD and arrow keys function because I can spin way easier with my left hand. Other than that the sound effect and music are really good!
Arthritis simulator :sob:. On a more SERIOUS note, pretty neat game, idk if I'm just bad (probably am) but I seem to lose really quickly, maybe I am doing something wrong.
I absolutely love the art style and the SFX too... “too slow...”, thanks, Madam. :-)
It honestly took quite a bit of brainpower for me to move and start spinning at the same time, which is why at some point I switched to just standing still and focusing on spinning. Maybe there could be a bit more incentive to keep moving, but of course I understand that one week isn’t much time.
In any case, great work, keep it up.
Can anyone top 2000$ earnings?
Very nice presentation.
I'm not sure if it's the browser or my keyboard but I was not able to move and spin and the same time i had to do one or another.
Absolutely love the groovy music through the game, and your sound effects in general, they add a lot of life to the game.
It took a second to work out how the game worked, but once I did it was a really neat little game that felt right on theme. Your tutorial is not especially clear, and I didn’t realise straight away that the direction the finger points in is the next button to press to keep spinning. (I also didn’t realise that you could move in the tutorial; that might just be a me issue though).
As a small note, while I didn’t have the dexterity to do it myself I think it’s possible to win without moving at all by just building up an absurdly long spin and maintaining it; this strategy enabled me to get my best score. Speaking of difficulty I found it to be a challenge to just maintain the spin, let alone also moving around and processing everything else that was going on, so just something to keep in mind.
The feel of the game as you hit enemies with the briefcase felt solid, and meant there was a lot of pressure and reason to keep the spins up; if I’m not mistaken each time an enemy took a hit you lose a small amount of momentum. The game has so much juice which is awesome, I just wish it was a bit easier.
