Really cool vampire survivors-like, i do wish that instead of the upgrades being pre defined, we had a choice, and the hit sounds, though satisfactory, definitelly got a bit stingy when a lot of them were playing at once. And i do feel like the movement itself could use a little work.
Other than that, awesome game!

Love a good Vampire Survivors game, definitely a fun one! Made it past the boss and got poked by the reaper lol. While I do think having some upgrades would be nice, the simplicity of it has it's own charm as well. Great work!

A quite satisfying yet challenging swarming survivor game! Once I realized that the coins were how you level up, I had fun trying to kite the horde away from the coins so I could get a bunch at once. For a week-long game jam, this was very fleshed out.

I liked the game alot! There could be some choices for upgrades, and if the view screen was a bit bigger that would be cool too, since the enemy swarm is insane in the game. but it's my personal opinion. Visuals are very good. Good job man!

Short but a fun game. There is a lot of room to improve but i liked the feeling of each hit gave. That part was really polished.

Really compelling take on the Vampire Survivors idea! I think the only issue I had was that the enemy hit sound got a little tiresome to listen to after a while, but it wasn't nearly as bothersome as I would have expected it to be. Making it as satisfying as possible to hit and kill the enemies was definitely the most important thing for you to nail, and you absolutely did! Very well executed all around. Great job!

This is SO dangerously addictive!!! I couldn‘t still defeat the boss. The gamplay is really enjoyable - I liked the sound and visual effects on every hit. Also, I liked how the upgrades appeared smoothly 5/5 :D

Update: killed the boss, reached level 13, but still i can‘t stop playing

I liked this! I think it was a good idea to make it so the player had to move to spin, so I wasn't sitting in one place the whole time (although I did eventually just start spamming right and left). While I might have liked some upgrade options, I really appreciated how consistently everything scaled (new enemies every minute, they take one more hit, new swords every odd level). It helped me lock in and create a strategy for eventually winning!

Loved this one! The most ejoyable game from the jam I've played so far! Simple mechanics, good upgrading system. Also, I find the hit sound effect particularly satisfactory. Nice work!

I think you made this the perfect length of time for a jam survivor-like game, really good job with the pacing on this one. The only thing that I felt was missing was some way to get health back, I got pretty beat up just before the boss arrived and had to play really safe to get the win. But still, great job with it and good use of the theme!

Simple game, but very fun!! It took me a while to finally beat the boss, but I got there! While I was playing, I really wished there was a way to recover HP, but once I realized a run only lasts six minutes, I understood why you designed it that way. That said, it's something I'd love to see if you ever make an expanded version. Nice work!

Very fun game! I noticed you can kinda cheat your way through the beginning by just very quickly spamming A and D on the keyboard, but it only works for the first 2 types of enemies, once the third type of enemy shows up you have to get serious.

Nice idea linking the spin mechanic to player movement - good sfx and satisfying gameplay

Even though it's a simple game, it was super satisfying to play. My only criticism is to maybe make the hitting-enemy sound quieter and maybe have a the sound vary in pitch, since it does get a bit repetitive. It might also be a good idea to somehow visually show the health of each enemy, maybe not with a health bar but with a cracked version of their sprite. Nevertheless though, this game is awesome and has a lot of potential, great job!

I really enjoyed the simple commands. It gets also super satisfying when you unlock multiple weapons!

Simple but quite fun! I found it really cohesive and it was satisfying to play. I got upto level 7 after a few tries but after that I couldn't get past There was probably like 3 levels worth of experience left on the ground though! Good job!

Small nitpick: Maybe reduce the sfx volume? It got overwhelming fast cause of so many simultaneous hit sounds

Simple, yet really fun! I really like this type of gameplay loop, so it was inevitable that I'd enjoy this one too lol. Great work!

Really simple but super satisfying, I love all the particle effects and the juice thats in this game. Felt like a beyblade

Really satisfying at the higher levels. Great bubblewrap-factor.
