really really love this one. only issue was a crash that occured with the Firecracker item, but other than that, amazing job
Love the concept! It took me a few tries to get accustomed to the control but I liked it afterwards.
The upgrade system make searching the map interesting.
Too bad I had an error when I equiped the object giving a second life on speed reaching zero, I couldn't unequip it to test if it was the problem since I had exactly 4 items:/.
Here is the error if you don't know of this bug yet:
ERROR in action number 1
of Step Event0 for object o_control:
local variable player(100038) not set before reading it.

Thanks so much for the feedback! And I appreciate the error message, I’m thinking the Firecracker is definitely the culprit for most folks.
slightly confused in the first few throws but then, boy was I hooked ! Great job ! The controls as someone else said are the right mix of fun and frustrating, nice little game ! Great visuals, is there no sound or was it a me problem ? I had a great time anyways so it would just be a fun addition, I really like the idea and what you did with it ! Great job !
Thanks so much for checking it out! I was deep in code right to the last minute so no sound unfortunately.
no problem ! As I said, I wasn't sure if it was a me problem or not at the beginning, but once I accepted the fact, it wasnt really an obstacle to my enjoyment ! You must have had a blast with the movement mechanics ahah
Very neat concept! I was worried a bit at the beginning before I got the gyroscope, but once I got that and the controls were actually meaningful, it was the right mix of fun and frustrating to control.
I really enjoyed how the map slowly opened up as I could travel further and further. I think the idea could work if fleshed out a bit more. Sound Effects will also probably add a lot.
In case you'd like to know, I had all but around maybe 5 items unlocked (but not necessarily bought) and 6RPM upgrades, but the game crashed shortly after picking up what seemed like that last item I could find on the map.
Appreciate your feedback, I definitely agree that a few SFX would clean things up. Thanks for the bug info as well! I know it’s past the bug fix deadline but good to know what can be improved.
I don't know if it's just me, but I didn't know what I was doing.
I'm a sucker for incremental games like this, even if unfinished. Reminds me a bit of the Learn to Fly games. I just wish there was a clearer way to see your top's current speed and when it was about to stop spinning, but besides that, really neat game!
