I was only able to make it through the first level, but I was compelled by the narrative, visuals and audio to click through the checkpoints to see the rest. I agree on the level design being a bit too difficult. I wish spinning the propeller while it's in mid air moved it around. I didn't realize at first that I could click, drag, and hold to continue the propeller's spin. With two monitors, I kept accidentally clicking out of the game.

I was able to get to the third level all right after a few attemps, then got stuck on that squiggly narrow path that I also had gotten stuck before when I sent you a message on discord haha. I had to skip a few areas throughout the game, but was glad to see how the levels evolved from that initial playtest. Awesome work!

My only feedbacks would be to be a little more forgiving on the level design, and maybe on that gravitational field add some sort of indication for the direction it's going to throw you.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback!

I did make the narrow path a bit wider but I should probably just change that whole section since it's not a very interesting part of the level anyways

also I'll definitely add some arrows or something to the gravitation fields, I thought of doing that but never got around to it

Cool little game! I had fun playing it and the mechanic is fun to get around. Maybe the level design is a bit unforgiving but overall i liked it!

Developer

I'm glad you liked it!

Very fun mechanic and I enjoyed getting the hang of it. I got stuck like halfway through the cave section and just skipped from there, I tried for an obscenely long time though lol. Probably a bit too unforgiving but hey maybe you're going for that! The narrative and vibes were also surprisingly poignant.

Developer

Thanks for playing, I'm glad you enjoyed it!

I'll probably make the cave section easier after the game jam ends, especially since it's the first level after the tutorial.

I like it, the difficulty reminds me of Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy, i couln't pass the second level without skipping😅

Developer

Thanks! Getting Over It was one of my inspirations for the game, I liked the contrast between how difficult it is and the calming music but I didn't mean for it to be so difficult.

Where on the second level did you get stuck? I'll probably adjust the difficulty after the game jam ends

The part where I get stuck is the "How did this happen?" checkpoint.
