The timing of the music entering and the final batch of upgrades really got to me, in a good way πππ
I'm gonna be honest, I didn't expect much of this game when I first launched it. I was terribly wrong. This one is the beatiful story wrapped in well-made and polished incremental game, and I never regretted any second I spent playing this! Thank you for your work, all 5's deserved
Very very beautiful way to present an incremental game, where you don't just want numbers to go up, but you also want to get to every part of the story to learn more and reach its conclusion. This is definitely the most serious game I have played so far. I got the gear.
I came for the spinning gears, stayed for the deep and meaningful story. probably one of my favourite games I've seen yet
The game was really nice. The music and sound effects fit it really well. The story ended up being much deeper and more meaningful than I expected, which was a really nice surprise. I also haven't seen any other games like it so far. I enjoyed it a lot... amazing stuff!
This is really quite an incredible gem to come across. First of all, the gameplay mechanics got me thinking a lot about how amazing a gear based incremental game would be, and all the interesting concepts you can go down there with thinking about gear ratios, connecting different drive shafts that award different point values, things like that, so the concept is really interesting here even if not fully fleshed out. The story, then, is one I didn't expect to see here at all, the story surprised me with how touching it felt to me, and how it felt to me, and capturing that emotion in such a short time, with such a simple atmosphere, really surprised me. Amazing work.
A surprisingly intimate experience. That feeling of living through someone else's life is difficult to capture, but theming an incremental around the passage of time is an inspired way to do it. As a game, I found it a bit lacking (although the action of cranking was well implemented), but it shines brightly as a narrative experience.
Metagame cog 79/126
I had fun finishing this one! Glad the auto-spin upgrade was early on. Nice flavor text with the story too - really added to the vibe and atmosphere. Good job!
This changed how i perceive life
tick tick tickles my brain so cool, initially was sceptical about the dark theme but it actually very fun and visually satisfying incremental! I just don't understand how spin work I think I should hold mouse and rotate until handle degree match my mouse position? Other than that theme may contrast coziness that is all negative things you can get out of me when it comes to incrementals! Congrats.
I will definitely add your game to Spincremental Collection, I would appreciate if you want to help my personal campaign of finding more fun Spincremental games (clicker and incremental genre) and highlighting them, you can comment your permission or suggest games in this post

loved this game...very atmospheric..and emotional....the gears spining maybe represent the time flying by or you trying to remember stuff or maybe im just reading into this too much...just one nitpick....once the dialog is fully loaded and u dont skip by click u still need to double click to move to the next dialog instead of a single click
A little slow to get going be very different to any of the other incremental games I've played this jam, and for that I like it a lot!
How dare you try to make me have feelings during a game jam!
Very well done. I think this story-driven incremental game style is promising. You could use the common "prestige" mechanic to tell the same story from different angles.
I hope you'll expand on it after the jam!
Nice take on the theme. Emotional and atmospheric.
I loved the visuals and background audio. And I did not expect it to have such a serious story let alone a story but it was a nice surprise.
This is one of the few I've seen to really take the "very serious" theme to mean, well, serious. This was really well done, the presentation of seeing more and more of the gears around as you went was great! I do wish some of the upgrade paths weren't quite as linear, but I understand there was a linear story to tell as well. It branched briefly at one point, maybe it could've kept branching and coming back together every story beat? Regardless, the game definitely achieved what it set out to do, good work!
I really liked the combination of an incremental game with a narrative.
It would be even better if you could make more choices in the upgrades you get
I love these incremental type games, and I liked the story attached to this one. Very well done.
Neat clicker-game take on the theme, with a nice story as well!
