Absolutely amazing game! It's very simple, but I had so much fun playing it! Would love an expanded version with more sticker types, etc. Great work!

Visuals are super polished, and placing the stickers is fun! It takes too long to get anywhere in the beginning though, so I didn't get very far :')

Absolute cinema. Chill ambiance and addiction. Am a sucker for incremental games, and this one, evenif lacking a little bit of SFX in audio, and a little bit more in VFS, was really a good tribute to ballatro. And respected the theme, for sure.

Didn't really understood some shenanigans (like the let me out that does nothing? is negative? Just a boop?)

The only thing that could have made it better was if I had completed all segments in one spin... Alas, I missed one... And reached the ending not long after, toobad

Thanks for this chill experience!

I got sucked into this for longer than I expected.  I think you hit on a lot of what makes games like Balatro so addictive.  The wheel spin and score counter are very juicy, and the click and dings are satisfying.  The background music is a nice track; it's chill and kind of stays out of the way in the background.

Three little critiques:

  1. I wish that exiting the shop interface was easier.  I didn't think to click on the same tab for both open and close, and the hitbox seemed a little small on that click.
  2. I always felt like my wind-up for spinning the wheel was way faster than the wheel actually went.  In the early game, this was disappointing because I really wanted to hear those clicks fly by and see all the cool particles and whatnot.
  3. In general, the early game felt a little slow to me.  Once things get rolling, they're really satisfying.  But it does take a while to get there.  Personally, I usually like a little steeper slope on the numbers in the early game.  Then again, I probably made things much worse for myself in that regard by buying about a million of the smiley face stickers:

All-in-all, this is was a really fun, addictive, well-polished game.  I had to stop myself because there are so many other games to rate, but this really pulled me in.  Great work!

Okay after reading game webpage I get how the stickers work so now frustrating early phase makes sense. I love how addicting it is cool spinning sounds and sparkling effects! I would personally want to freely upgrade while waiting for the spinning to end but still made me play almost an hour!

dijimmi had suggested this game in this post (my personal campaign of finding more fun Spincremental games (clicker and incremental genre)  and highlighting them) helping me discovering and I have added your game to addicting Spincremental Collection. I would also appreciate if you suggest your discovery about this genre by reply to this or comment on this post

Hello! I played your game far longer than I should have and I have some feedback for you!

  • I had a couple issues at first that were explained by the game page, but it would be nice if it was explained in game. Notably, I didn't understand why I wasn't scoring when I rolled one of the red starter stickers, and what the red X icon did. I got it after I read the page, though.
  • It would be nice to have some kind of indicator of where your spin started so you know what counts as a full rotation.
  • No options or pause menu, those things are not necessary but nice to have.
  • I think the smiley face stickers that honk should still play if you put them on a space with the red sticker that picks a neighboring space.
    • I also think the honks should multiply with the score, but this would quickly blow out your eardrums, lol.
  • Epic Booster Packs did not seem better to me than rare ones? I got a 1 value red sticker from an Epic once, while I've gotten 4s from the rares. Maybe just bad RNG but after a while I stopped buying epics.
  • I really want to see what the $4 million ??? options do but I refreshed. Number go down when you refresh! 😭
  • I like the 'groovy' backgrounds!
  • It took me a bit to get the technique down for spinning the wheel. My first several spin I would let go at an odd time and sometimes the wheel would spin backwards.

That's about all I've got to say on this one. Overall I really liked it, I could see myself wasting hours and hours with this. I hope none of my feedback comes off as too negative, I'm trying to be constructive! My best spin was $244.6k and my wheel looked like this when I quit:

Have a wonderful day and good luck in the Jam!

I would like to give a short followup: I returned to your game, my new best spin is $14.1M, and I now know what the ??? spaces do. :)

Fantastic game!

Great game after a while. I played this longer than I'd like to admit, my wheel was starting to look mental towards the end. To be honest at the start I was getting very frustrated. I couldn't (and still don't) understand the purpose of the smiley face tokens, as when I  land on them it sets my rotation mult and thus my final score to zero, not sure if I'm missing something. It took me about half an hour to get past 100, but when I did, I really did start enjoying this game. Love the balatro style, the backround and music really add to that vibe, which I like. However in saying that I wouldn't say this is a rip-off or anything, it really does have its on unique spin on the genre (pun not intended). If I would suggest anything, is a tutorial and title screen (but fair enough this is a game jam), and maybe a variation in pitch to the sound effects, so they don't become grating after a while. This is getting very long, so as I said, great game after a while, well done!

What a nice game. The multiplier animations gave me some Ballatro vibes. and I got myself stuck with the game for half an hour almost. Didn't realize how time passed. Great game honestly.

Visuals and feel of this game are really nice! Agree with some other commenters about the mouse spinning mechanic being somewhat frustrating. Could be because I'm using a trackpad instead of a mouse, but getting the spin to go was finicky, even with some of the upgrades.

It was a nice balatro like, the visuals captured the spirit well. The ticking noise was very satisfying, but it seemed best to get rid of all the brake thingies for more revolutions so I was sad to see/hear it go.

The game was great ! I did find it a little slow, getting money at the beginning takes a bit then at the end with the multiple spins and you have to wait for the end of the animation. The concept was cool, kind of like Balatro with all the mult and chips mechanic while also including wheel specific things. I didn't quite understand what the smiley faces did ? I just ignored them during the game since I thought they just took space. I think adding more idling stuff could've made it more interesting and less slow, having to constantly give 100% of your attention to the game to progress when nothing exciting is happening. Maybe some effects, special events, sounds or particles could've helped:)

The core is  very solid despite all that, just a few improvements for a more comfortable user experience ! I played through the whole thing for over an hour and I had plenty of fun :D

Very fun game! I completed it in around 1 hour, even if some animations are a bit slow it's very satisfying to see the numbers go up!
(Is that steven from isaac at the end??)

Really like the Balatro-esque visuals! The gameplay was interesting but a little bit too slow for me (particularly the motion of the wheel - it decelerates really slowly, which I know is part of the game because of the placeable spokes, but it makes the early game feel a bit frustrating when you don't hit anything). A tutorial on the different kinds of stickers would help a lot, but I know you said you're already working on that. With just a bit more polish I think this could be great!

GRIPING! It took a little bit to open up but once it did, I becomes very satisfying. I think if you quickened up the reward chain, you could add road blocks and then have a full blooded balatro-like.

Amazing Game, had a lot of fun!

Glad you enjoyed :D

Good idea with the upgrade system for the winning fields! The UI felt good to use and i like the art style.

What unfortunately didn't felt so satisfying, was the core mechanic. Spinning the wheel. I somehow had the feeling that it never was really powerfull. Even after upgrading the spin power. I think there could be potential for saome more polishing.

But overall good job! :)

Thanks, that is definitely the biggest problem in the current version. Will be fixed when voting period is over! Glad you enjoyed :D
