Neat game! Drifting with the car was fun!
Steering with the mouse was hard to get the hang of. I also wish areas were more open since I found myself driving into walls a lot. I also wish there was some animation for hitting the other cars.
Nice job on your submission!
The idea is great! However, controlling the steering with the mouse was a bit difficult for me. Even so, I managed to smash a lot of enemies and even pulled off some drifts—it honestly made me feel like I was in Tokyo Drift! Overall, it was a great experience. ❤️
Really fun controls! Also, I like the art style. I think the sensitivity may be a little bit too high as it's a bit too hard for me to properly turn and drift. Had a great time! Nice Job! :)
Thank you for playing!! There is a turn speed sensitivity slider in the options menu, you should be able to lower it a bit to help.
Like qwop, but with a car. nice
🥺
Fun game! Very spin, although it does make it difficult to control
great idea, great execution. i personally just couldnt grasp the controls, even though i really wanted to, and struggled with even getting past the tutorial. it might just be me, but the wheel felt really weird. great game though.
EDIT: i watched the video and learned that you actually have to spin your mouse not move it left to right (just me being stupid) and i have to say, this game is in fact very fun. it feels like a janky driving game, but in a good way, and the levels feel very open which gives you lots of space to drift around. great concept AND execution, bumped up enjoyment and creativity.
Hey! Thanks for trying out the game. I made a little video showing the basic movement, drifting, and speed control while drifting, with an input overlay. Its on the game's page. If you feel like giving it another try, take a look! It is a pretty difficult input scheme, and even we have difficulty in some of the sections of the game, but I think its really satisfying when you get the hang of it.
Loved turning with the mouse. Much more engaging than turning with key instead.
