Very polished, loved the camera zoom in on the tutorial prompts. I most liked the level where you climb upwards. I thought the tutorial prompts were more confusing than they were helpful, but that might just have been me and I beat the game anyways so no issues with the actual controls. I liked the addition of the extra collectibles/alternate paths to try out.

I'm not really into platformers like this (skill issue), but everything in this game felt really on point. Even though it took me a while to get used to the controls, the character movement felt amazingly responsive, and every time I messed up, it honestly felt like it was my fault as a player and never the game's fault (which I consider incredibly important in games like these, especially for someone like me who dies a lot lol). Being totally honest, in my opinion this is probably the game with the best chance of becoming a successful commercial release out of this jam. The mechanics are great and felt genuinely unique to me, and you're clearly very talented at the craft. Wish you all the best. Truly stellar work.
Really liked your game! Camera movement felt so smooth and integral part of the game, bouncing felt clean and satisfying and I adore the art style!
That being said. I feel like you like torturing people. I didn't finish the game because it felt too hard and some runbacks were so long and unforgiving I literally raged quit
If I put that aside, that is an amazing foundation for a real indie title that could find a lot of fans! Great job on the game!
Awesome, super well made game! Honestly everything was pretty enjoyable, although definitely a challenge.
That was pretty freakin good! The art and music was cute and soothing, the gameplay felt smooth and wasn't frustrating even when challenging. The way the tuturial is integrated into the lvls is beautifully done!
Top notch! Great game!
The art style and sound design are great here! Felt very polished for a 7-day game, and I really liked the aesthetic. Maybe this is a skill issue, and definitely a point that I'm sure people will disagree on, but I felt like the controls were really unforgiving and had to be done very quickly. When I was able to get on a roll (heh), it felt really good (bouncing up a big gap, in particular, felt really good), but I had a hard time making that happen, especially early on. For the sake of people like me who struggle with this kind of game, loosening some of those windows would help (how much time you have to make a jump, how much momentum it takes to break blocks, etc), or maybe providing an "assist" option to tune those kinds of things.
All-in-all, though, I enjoyed this very much. Nice work!
I had fun with this one, however the controlling needs to be cleanded up a bit: I think the game would massively benefit from having a coyote jump, and to standardize what the inputs expect from the player; as in, to roll you have to hold down shift, but then to change directions you only tap a/d, not hold, but then for wall jumping you have to hold again, point im trying to make is it confused me a lot since i was trying to tap a few things at once and I end up letting go of one early or holding another for too long.
Very fun mechanic with a simple but effective presentation. I think it could be good to make it more clear what items can be broken (especially the crystals), and also perhaps tune the thresholds to break items, etc. Overall, I really enjoyed this one!
This movement mechanic is insanely clean! I feel like this game has such a potential for speed runners. A cool design challenge would be to make the whole level completable in one roll, but you have to really lock in to make that happen. Having to hold down space to bounce off walls did feel a little unintuitive, but got better as I got used to it. And of course, the sfx and visual juice really make it very responsive.
im bad at these types of games but i like the JUICE so very well done
Why is this so goood? You did amazing man, I think this is one of my favs
Incredible game!
I really mean it, the polishness, the visual quality, the enjoyment of the parkour and puzzles, everything was perfect to me.
Probably the game I liked most this jam from those I played.
Congrats!
the game is really good, and i can’t belive you got so much working in just 8 days!
every single level was really fun and challenging, and i’m in love with the ball mechanics. the audio also didn’t disappoint, but i’m not sure what’s the serious part.. also the game crashed while i played on web, pretty sure it’s because of my weak laptop.
this is a 5 5 5 4 2 for me, good job!
this game feels like a familiar platformer but the spin mechanic is really well done. Getting some Samus vibes playing this :D
This is a remarkably well-polished and all-in-all fun game that I found confusing, yet very simple. The controls certainly took some time to get used to, but once I got them down it was super satisfying to bounce through levels and obstacles like a pinball! I made it to level three, where I couldn't quite figure out how to get past the first set of spikes. I'm going to take some time later to try and get through all of the levels!
