i liked the idea, and really great art, i just struggled to adjust to the difference in difficulty between levels 1 and 2

I like the unique take you have on racing by using the scroll wheel. It not only fits the theme, but it also added an extra layer of challenge that was a bit too difficult at times but a bit fun in terms of trying to get used to. Good job!
Really loved the pixel art here and the synth track combined with the feeling of speed make for a really sick vibe. I felt like there was a really big jump in difficulty between the 1st and 2nd level though. I wished you died and respawned when you fell instead of being slowed down. Or at least had a hotkey to restart, it would've made it less tedious to beat.
thank you so much for the feedback, we made AI racers, but due to the lack of time they were getting stuck on niche obstacles or were to dumb to complete the course so we decided to not put them on the second level. As for the art, our artist sure did a good job, i could never come up with the bike design he did
The art style and all the sounds are really great and work well with the gameplay. Could have been great to have some check point at the middle of the level. I was stuck at the 2/3 of the level and having to do the start again and again is a bit tedious. But beside that i really like the gameplay and i appreciate finding a bit of difficulty in a game jam game, it's refreshing.
Sick vibes! I really like the concept. I think the jump in difficult from the introduction lvl to the second is a bit much though with having to basically start over if you fall down. I found it a bit frustrating to have to click respawn to to keep the momentum going again since once you do start going fast, it feels really great. Level design wise, instead of the slowing surface that you fall down to, I think just a pit off screen that restarts for you automatically would help keep that momentum to keep playing. The introduction level was very enjoyable. Overall, nice teamwork!
This is such a cool and unique control scheme! When I got fast, it was super fun, so much so that I got really sad bumping into walls since I lost all my momentum. I also really like the colors in the art :)
Was a bit tough to get going but man did it feel good when you got to top speed! I loved the art style. I think if it was somehow zoomed out a bit more so you could see what was coming next it would help the player keep their momentum. I ran into A LOT of walls that really killed my momentum. I wanna keep going fast!
Love the dithering on the background and the textures... First level was fun but a bit diabolical, with how many times you could fall and have to restart. I kept failing that fast jump, so took me a bunch of tries... Love the vibes on this!
Great idea and visuals! The tutorial level was fun -- the 1st level was frustrating just because if you fall you gotta skip to the end, or restart (which I did many times). I think the bounce that happens when you land could be less, so you have more control over jumping. Personally I'd like the wheel to feel heavier and less floaty. I would totally play more of this game!
Really neat game! Using the scroll wheel for controls feels a bit off and it's basically impossible to read the level ahead of time, but once you know how to go fast, you go *fast*
Music and graphics are also really nice
