A very innovative take on theme, like add more toys and and polish it this game has potential

I think if there were any tutorial it would be nice. because I didn't know how to play it

I had a hard time understanding what I was supposed to be doing and I placed the heads on the board and somehow got them stuck ? I read some of the comments and got on the right track though :D Maybe some basic instructions in the game description would be useful.

I really liked the artstyle and the core idea of the game. I enjoyed playing the minigames to build the robots, adding some particles or sfx during them would've made them a lot more rewarding I think. It's a really good base for a bigger idea!

After 4 retries I finally realised that the 3 parts on the left side of the assembly board are heads, and the 1 on the right is a body. The feedback is fully missing here. The parts should snap together when I drag them closer, the propeller should crank as I spin it, wires should stretch, etc. MB I'm asking too much, but I really missed it. Audio: the background sound fit perfectly. Lots of sfx are missing, like a new mob spawning, or the player taking damage. Visuals: fine pixel art, but the scale is inconsistent. For a pixel art game, pixel size consistency is the first thing on the list. Here the pixels on the assembly side are about 10 or so times bigger than on the battlefield side, so right now it looks cheap. (Great spinning key on the back of the robot though)

Overall, I really liked this idea. It definitely has potential. Add more parts. Add more enemies that can be countered by different robots (like rock-paper-scissors) and the game is there. Great entry for a jam!

I like the assembly part, wish there was more robots you can build and you can see the stats of theme so you know what is the strongest.  Its a nice little wave defense game

ok I took this way too seriously and was stressed dealing with the waves!

I really enjoyed it and played it a few times!

Really solid foundation to a game! Having to complete various tasks while enemies march on you adds some nice tension. I think the bomb head might be too strong though, I just built it over and over and stopped playing after wave 9

Neat wave defense game! I liked how straightforward the concept was. I had difficulty understanding at first how the "attach" phase worked, I didn't fully get that you had to place the head above the rectangular body piece, even after I had successfully done so a couple times, until I took some time to experiment with it a bit. I also don't know if I was missing anything, but I couldn't seem to beat the first wave. I tried several times and no dice. But it was surprisingly enjoyable building the robots to defend the lanes with the different minigames and stuff. Great job!
