The UI is struggling a bit, the text overlapped a ton. Besides that I loved the scoring system and the gameplay was fun. Good job!
Wow, the visuals and sounds are amazing! Fun concept also.
Hope you keep it up, great concept !
Hope you keep it up, great concept !
its a nice game i really liked the concept but i think it either needs more levels or harder levels for a longer gameplay (harder would be better if you are going for a puzzle platform). other than that art and sounds were nice in my opinion
Really like the mechanics and the art style on this one. It is way too short tho
i love this type of game when the maker is so smart to make me feel smart ;) well done
Nice take on the theme and amazing art work to accompany it. I would love to see more levels with this art style. And I am also curious how you would expand upon the mechanic since we had similar starting points.
If I may give one feedback, its that on the level select screen, it would be better to have the minimum no. of moves needed to finish the level instead of /10 for all levels. It will be easier to know if I finished the level with the best possible moves.
You know, the moment your instructions told me not to press K, it basically encouraged me to press it.
Anyway, the game has a very cool mechanic. The puzzles are a bit short for now, but the game has room to build on and grow after the jam. You did well building the core concept.
Really enjoyed the game! Love the pixel art style and ominous background music. However, the sound effect when turning the room got a bit overwhelming in some levels. It would be nice to have the option to turn the sfx down a bit in the settings
Thank you so much for playing it!
I wish I could've done more with the sfx and background music, definetely the first thing I'll improve for later versions
This game is one of my favorites!!! I just wish there were more levels.. You could really turn this into a full game!
Extra points for using Raylib :3 We used Celeste game engine Monocle
Thank you so much <3
That's so cool, I didnt know celeste game engine was opensource, I feel compelled to learn it now
yeah, here's my fork https://github.com/ella-tas/monocle-engine
Great game! Came from your comment on mine and was so surprised about how similar our games are! Loved the ambiance with the lighting and the crt-shader, felt similar to animal well in a great way. Only thing I would add is that on the level with the falling block, I might add a delay period so that the player doesn't have to instantly turn the room lest the block get destroyed on the spikes.
Thank you so much for playing our game!
Animal well played a huge part into our visuals! even the decision to make its internal res as 320x180
Also, thank you for the input on the "quick" level, I don't really know why the block starts falling at full speed, definetely something worth improving
cool game it is pretty nice fun and short found the puzzle to be quite fun the text is getting a bit clumped together other than that very cool and really impressive making it in raylib man
This was a fun game! I feel like the first puzzle (captive) was by far the hardest. Would be neat to see this fleshed out with more puzzles in the future, but as-is, it's a very cool game. Nice work!
A really fun game to play! You can tell the dev put a lot of care into it. It has a lot of potential, and I'm sure it's worth checking out!
i don't hear any audio for some reason. other than that very nice use of the theme! not too easy or too hard, finished all 4 levels. keep it serious!
