How is this game a platformer, what spin does it bring to the genre?
This is a brutal, unforgiving 2D precision platformer inspired by Only Up and Roblox Obbys. The rules are simple: You climb. You jump. You try not to fall.
There are absolutely zero checkpoints. One missed jump or one second of panic means you fall all the way back to the start. No second chances Just pure skill.
What theme does this game use? also explain how you implemented the theme
The Live Timer:
A stopwatch runs in the top right corner from the second you start. Because there are zero checkpoints, your final time it is proof of a flawless, mistake-free run. One slip up ruins your pace, forcing you to instantly restart.
Did you use any AI or PREMADE assets in this game?
Who needs AI when I have Brackys ;)

I had fun speedrunning this game. Lack of coyote time made it a little more difficult, but it was manageable. I can appreciate a brutal, unforgiving platformer.

I beat the "developer best time" with a time of 78.52. I challenge you to beat that.
Holy moly !
I was scared because you said this game was inspired by the NFT asset-stealing game of doom, but it actually plays quite well! Coyote time would have elevated the gameplay even more though. For a precision game that requires you to lock in this much, it's basically a necessity!
I like this. While gravity is a bit fast and fierce for dragging the player down to their demise, the concept is great!
I am guess the only level in OPTIONS is volume control (since it does not say what it actually is).
Thank you, yea the only thing in the options menu is the slider for the volume which i forgot to label after submission ! 😅😅😅
Pretty nice!
Great game and good level design it was cleverly laid out and challenging enough to beat me - for now.
The visual style looks interesting, but I can't even get past the very beginning something gray is blocking the level
Simple game but its really hard lol, like someone pointed out,the controls felt weird to interact withbut good game.
If you have time heres my game:/jam/platformer-jam-2/rate/4726080
This game absolutely felted me. Could just be a skill issue, but the controls felt a bit stiff and unresponsive.
Just saying....Aint nobody gonna beat my time 🥱🥱🥱 (if you do send SS here ;)
