Very cool idea but it didn't seem to work for me, tried 3 times and each time couldn't place back the items, but overall I really enjoyed the concept and original movement mechanics and maintenance of the mecha ^^
Big thank for your feedback! I must have missed this bug with the items, but I don't have access to my computer right now and I can't fix it :( Thanks anyway!
Really cool concept, the intro is great, the cockpit looks awesome, the vibes are creepy and awesome. When it comes to actually playing, it's very confusing. I'm sure that's the point to some extent but I ended up in situations where not only I couldn't figure out what to do but I seemed to be unable to do anything at all. For example, I got all the software disks in on the right, I got the camera movement hooked up, some pipes burst and I duct tape them. After that the duct tape is just sitting there 'ready', I can highlight any items, the plug the stereograph etc but clicking on things does nothing. How do I put the duct tape away so I can interact with other objects? I'm not sure if it's a bug or if I'm just missing something. I did also have an audio bug where the same audio sting would repeatedly play over itself (happened on a 2nd try). Some stuff is inconsistent in design-- why do the machines on the right have the same red plugs if I'm unable to plug into them?
Regardless this is a highly original and cool game, great job!
Thank you so much for your rating and kind words! Regarding the bug, it's indeed in the game, but I haven't had a chance to fix it yet since I don't have access to a computer. I hope it doesn't affect your experience too much!
Reminded me of Iron Lung, or perhaps Voyager-19, but I feel this one doesn't offer as much (unless I did something horribly wrong that made me miss half the game).
I liked the setting. It piqued my curiosity and there were things left to interpretation. The story wasn't long but I suppose the ending certainly delivered a message.
I enjoyed the quirky nature of the mech's "cockpit", like having to spin a vinyl in an old-timey record player to start walking forwards.
It's a neat little experience overall, very light on gameplay (also I couldn't figure out how to put down the duct tape)
Thanks for your rating.
When I pitched my idea for the game, I neglected the gameplay in favor of the story, although in the end even that wasn't fully told. I tried to think of what the player's goal could be based on the plot, but I couldn't come up with one.
Still, it was an interesting experience, and I don't think I'll make those same mistakes in the future.
dying so fast from asthma attack was really something
Big thanks for your review of the game! Just out of curiosity, I wanted to ask: did you make it to the end credits?
uughhh sadly not cause I don't understand anything of what happen or what i should do, I checked controls twice and try hard but I have no clue of what I'm supposed to be, I right clicked on almost everything and stuff, I guess the matter's about ergonomy or something that would guide a bit cause, idk.. I was amazed by the fact I could die so fast but I'm just kinda disapointed about what should i do
Well, I clearly have some work to do, but thanks for your time anyway!
I've released a new patch, I hope the changes will make things a little easier.
oh dude... i just got what was wrong, when pressing "alt" there's controls and to interact it's written "right click" but that's wrong cause it's left click to interact ^^' it works much better this way
Oh, how did I miss that? Glad we found a solution :)
Interesting Post apocalyptic point and click adventure concept.
The intro and overal visual style had me intrigued, however i didn’t get all that far cause i have absolutely no clue what to do during the first segment, and the time limit to try things out is quite short, not to mention it’s quite hard to see most things due to how dark everything is :/
I get that i must solve some sort of puzzle by interacting with the servers, computer or disk player in the room but i couldn’t manage to do more than connect a cable, spin a disk on the disk player which seemed to do something on the computer, but then i just seemed to die shortly after.
I’d like to try more of what the game has to offer but i’m sorry i’m just confused and couldn’t figure much out :(
Thank you so much for your time with the game! I'm aware of the issue and have already released a patch, which should make things a little easier (since I've added some extra time). I'd be happy if you could try again.
Sure, i’ll give it another shot when i can, hope my comment didn’t sound too harsh :( but i was just really confused about what to do.
Of course not! Don't worry about it at all.
