The audio was immaculate aswell as the gameplay, I just wished the HP and the visuals for getting hit were more visible? I tend to find my self just dying to a spam of projectiles HAHAHAHA, skill issue on my part. Overall banger game.

this is one of the coolest projects ever, absolute kudos to everyone involved for pulling this off. surprisingly cohesive, and very entertaining to see so many art styles in one place

Developer

Thanks we appreciate the feedback. ( It's like getting complimented by a celebrity lol I'm physically blushing)

Nice , smooth and easy  movement controls ,especially the  rapid movement of the blade when we press the space bar feels amazing.

Submitted

The mouse-follow movement feels very smooth, the dashing mechanics with spacebar feels very satisfying! Great job! I love it!

I'm surprised 100 devs managed to create something that even compiles lol. Unfortunately I couldn't figure out how to progress past the ducks with machine guns. I won the battle but it just cuts back to the world and nothing happens.

Thanks I beat it! I could have sworn I tried going down that path when I first played it but idk

Crazy mix, the Rock got me XD

I am shocked so many people had a hand in this and it actually functions.
Like, surprisingly well!
Y'all killed it.

I have so many questions.

5/5 stars

And you may ask all of them.

Hey. Really nice game you made for such a chaotic experience. Saw someone complaining about the first boss being unbeatable cause they kept bashing against a wall and I fully agree. Why? Because on your page you mention "WASD to move and SPACE for spin dash" but forgot to say that in battle, your cursor actually controls the beyblade. Kinda had to figure that out on my own and after that I unlocked overworld spin dashing, which gave me a weird unrelated Sonic sprite, and when in the underground cave I found the "rock" I needed to destroy to get across I was simply dumbfounded lol. This whole thing feels chaotic as hell, is held together with duct tape, was basically made with only git commits as communication AND is open source which is brilliant. Overall very enjoyable and nice spark of creativity here.

Developer

"Held together by duct tape" is a perfect description for this game lol

Took a bit to learn how to attack as a spinblade but it was enjoyable and fun.

The different artstyles makes this game feel like a sort of collage, in a good way. Good stuff! Combat is really smooth

Submitted

i really wanna know how many github merge issues you guys ended up having while making this haha

Developer

It went surprisingly smoothly ngl, kudos to the team for handling stuff well

Nice and messy, i liked it :)

Good job on the music and art! That dungeon tileset looks awfully familiar...

When I actually played the game, I found the combat incredibly satisfying. There are even boss battles?! The dash mechanic is fantastic, too. It was a really fun game. Kudos to your entire team!

Developer(+1)

I know right? Dashing was great, I felt, it could be in actual beyblade game.

Loved the racoon. 10/10

Great experience being part of this team, all the chaos of trying to understand what did what really payed off! Go team 100

I rly like the sound and the raccoon sprite is so charming I love his lil walk, and the controls for the beyblade feel rly cool even if it’s very out control!

But I couldnt rly get past the first boss and I tend to not rly like the feeling of bashing my head against a wall not rly knowing whats going on

Did not know what to expect out of a game made by 100 people but gosh it sure was Something:tm: Awesome job by all involved!!!

Genius game. Peak seriousness. It was such a shock when I destroyed the state with a good spin accidently iykyn.
