This has happened 3 times to me. I'm either losing my mind or the game is fucking with me in profound ways. I will get up from my scanner position, go to leave the scanner room towards the garage or lobby, and when I open the door, I'm looking at the pitch darkness of the server room. Please tell me anyone of you have encountered this phenomena.

Well, I'm sorry, but I'm pretty sure this time it's just you going the wrong damn way. ADHD be like that. That would be one hell of a thing to screw with the world geometry on and it would be a great event where you portal to different rooms via the door going to the wrong room randomly, but I'm fairly certain that isn't happening at this time. I really think it is you and that you have ADHD because although I have never done that, it sounds like something I would do and is literally how I have described some types of ADHD misprocessing.

Get some sleep, some REAL sleep. Magnesium works some wonders. Buy a good bed. 

use something to mark the hallway door like hanging a glow stick, whether the game is messing with you, or you're auto piloting to the wrong door,  it will make it easier to tell.
