I captured prisoners. How do i turn them into servants?

I see, so it has to be at least at "love" instead of "like". that makes sense, however there was one prisoner who's stat was at "like" and when I asked if he would serve, he said yes, yet the game did not register his response. I assume his affirmative response at that level is just a small bug. thank you for the clarification though

Easier way if you have money:

• buy all the trinkets/jewels (topaz earrings, emerald rings, amethyst bracelet, etc)
• talk to them in court
• click on tell me something about yourself
• choose 'are there any gifts you wish for'
• they'll tell you what they need
• do not exit the court, interact with them again, click on inventory, give them the item
• repeat until they worship you (you can recruit them when they love you, but it will cost some money)
