Really fun game! I hope it gets more updates cuz I love idle games like this. The spinning w mouse does get a bit tiring so more options for auto spin would be nice :D
Glad you liked it! I really enjoyed and want to continue working on this game! BTW If you enjoy idles, I got a personal campaign of collecting idle games in this jam and many devs contributed great games in this post. Those games also interests you! (quick link to the Spincremental Collection.)
I appreciate if you also suggest other great incrementals / idles of your own findings!
I thought it would be long and tedious until I unlocked the faster drill. It still took quite some time to buy the crown but it was more manageable lol. I love the sounds the rock/ores make. It helped me get into the zone while spinning.
Quite on point of the theme of this Jam! It is satisfactory to complete
Great game! I'm a sucker for incremental games. I wish there were a few more upgrades, but I had a lot of fun playing! Also it took me forever until I realized there was the auto-mining upgrade xD
Keep it up!
very spinny dwarf go weeeeee, funny idee and cool pixel art
Short yet great simple game (the spinning part gets a little annoying in the end though)
Thanks for pointing out this. I had to fix last minute bug incorrectly calculating score and ending up reaching ending very quickly, which needed rebalanced prices and level-up increases. I learned lot about balancing and importance of playtesting so I hope not remaking same mistake. Glad you liked it!
I think the line for pulling the lever threw me off, but the spinning thing works, albeit it might have hurt my finger after constant holding it down.
But leveling up the ores was fun, and there was a sense of progression.
actually I did add it for debug purposes but had to leave as it is since it was the only feedback mechanism for the player. Agree with game focusing on damaging carpal tunnel, I am thinking of reworking it as more drag and accelerate rather than holding and spinning. Thanks for feedback!
This is a fun game with very nice audio !
It was hard to understand thinking about audio after hearing it constantly all week, glad you enjoyed the audio!
I enjoyed the game! Here's some improvement ideas:
- Give some more visual feedback for mining, like small ores floating up to your counter
- Give some more visual and audio feedback for buying upgrades
- Add more auto drill upgrades! You could go way faster in combination with the mouse and make the game last longer
It makes me happy hearing from you. Thanks for elaborated feedback!

Very nice incremental. I like the idea of adding more ores on the arc of the circle. I feel like it takes too many spins to move the dwarf. Overall, it's really nice - good job :)
Thanks! We tried adding more concept about adding more mechanic related to the circle but we ended up keeping it simple in limited time. I'm glad you enjoyed!
I had a really good time playing this! Arts are great, gameplay as well, I was sucked in.

Thanks, glad you liked the art!
This game is friggin awesome!!!
I love the art, the sounds, the game, and friggin everything!!! It's just so awesome!!!
My only feedback I'd say is for vfx!!
Your game does have a bit of it, but it kinda just feels like it just, exists if ya know what I mean? It would really help to have vfx that comes directly from the source (on the tip of the drill, where the pickaxe hits the rock). And for the pickaxe, it would be awesome if a bunch of particles flew out of rocks whenever you struck them rotating around before disapearing. by adding tiny rocks of various sizes (and maybe a very subtle hitflash/sparks in the direction of the strike) your amazing feeling game would really, really feel even better to play.
thanks for making such a cool game!!!
Thanks you feel that way! We have already have tiny emitted particles for each hit as you mentioned on your first sentence but they are very small compared to the drill, which take all the glory itself
(selfish drills! That is why I prefer pickaxes in Terraria). But thank you for sharing your ideas, they are great and we had similar ideas that experimented too!Honestly we could focused more on vfx (also sfx) since it is the heart of the incremental games IMO. Time was not on our side learning how to implement our ideas on scene and most of the time we chose best and fast solutions for them, expecting to return them to upgrade at the free time.
Thanks for playing and sharing detailed ideas I really appreciate!
the art is so cute !! well done :-). funny enough, we also made a spincremental game haha in case you wanted to check it out here: /jam/theveryseriousjuniperdevgamejam/rate/4715538 (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
Oh, do we love playing incrementals! Thanks for your feedback our artist will enjoy your comment. And sharing your game!
I'd say the scaling is pretty weird, it's super easy to skip a lot of upgrades. but other than that and a few (probably subjective) art things, it's a good game!
Thank you, and for your feedback! I added new build only fixing that visual scaling bug without changing how points are calculated, now every ore value is worth as it is shown on panel, I adjusted prices according to that. Still previous version is available in downloads.
Had quite a fun playing the game, the sounds are satisfying. As pointed by others, the multipliers are quite high.
It was really nice and fun! I think the last 2 (iron and gold) ores have an additional zero at the end on their value, and that's making the game to be able to finish too soon.
Thank yoou! I have solved that problem and tested in new build but it would be unfair to resubmit new file and I have left it this way since it does not break the game. Formula is correctly shown on UI but real value calculated is tied to "stone" ore property rather than each ore's unique levels. Thanks for details :)
Thanks a lot, hearing it being addicting was really important part for us :)
I think the values are bugged or a debug multiplier stayed in the final build! but mining definitively gives more money than the ore value!
Other than that, it's a really great game! Very concise and everything matches in a very cohesive way, nice job!
Thank you its our first game and the first very organizational, I specially proud of our 2D artist devoting in pixelart and freely implement their perspective, while listening our endless requests :)
The debug multiplier is actually coming from "Faster Drill", adding also slow auto-spin and x2 value multiplier features but like you mentioned it is not clearly added as visual feedback for this build. Very appreciate our first official feedback! yay :3
It was very fun! i think i won the game in like 3 mins? it was fun enough for it to be 10mins long or even 15mins i think:D some tweaking on the values could do wonders
That was the trickiest part of last days of development, many of test resulted as it being very long and tedious or just illogical and very fast. And maybe I was too burnout that testing it repeatedly for longer periods that masked my judgement and felt very long and tedious. (That's the lesson of how playtesting and announcing the game from earlier phases and collecting a lot of feedback outside of echochamber is really really really matters...)
I hope decision to end an Incremental game unconventional way just to demonstrate all we put in the game from start to very end scene worth shortening the progress. Thanks for the suggestion!
Oh I only realized now what you mean as debug multiplier, I fixed it but since I am not allowed to change I will just type the reason: it applies only Stone levels to other upgrades when calculating gained score on each hit. Thanks for pointing it out again
