I like your proposal, although you don't give the context of a story, it is understood that it is a dystopian and oppressive environment (especially in the second track) only with the music.  I don't know if it's enough to cover the topic because that environment can be used from evil governments in the eighties/nineties to scary movies.  However, your proposal is interesting.

I am going to be honest. I found it hard to enjoy this album. It was really good, but just too noisy for my liking. Other then that, your production and use of FXs was really well done! Just because I didn't like it doesn't mean it wasn't good. It was very on point with the theme, that is for sure. And I could feel what you were going for. Very good work!

Very on point to the theme. Imagining a future as described by the theme, and pasting it on to real life, disposability truly is what I see.

The sounds used really tickle a certain part of my brain, I love the intensity, and I love the detuned, out of place feeling some of them have. However in the arrangement of those sounds, it hangs on to certain ideas for a little longer than feels good, and doesn't further progress on those ideas to keep it interesting.

On the last track, I could see more work put into certain elements creating a real face-melting banger. But as it is, it's still very cool and fun to listen to.

Experimental and intense, a good listen.

Came back to give a rating. Meant what I said in the first comment. Feelin it. The ideas, to me, are succinct in terms of the instrumentation; and in correlation to the jam's theme. Big fan of the sound selection. One thing I would say... I like the fx you added, and I'd have loved to hear a bit more of those fx in such a way that they help transition from one section to the next.
