Very aesthetically pleasing with the graphics and audio!

The controls were definitely challenging to get a grip with. At times, it felt like I was fighting with the game to get the ball moving where I wanted. But overall, you definitely deserve a pat on the back for your first game jam entry!

Thank you! And yeah, I wish I spend more time getting the physics to feel right haha

A pretty cool game! The controls take some getting used to but aren't too bad, I do wish there were some different mechanics in the levels but still a really fun game overall

Fun concept but controls kind of held it back for me. Would love to see this develop further though because the potential is definitely there.

Developer

Thank you! I probably will try to work on this idea a bit more

This is actually quite fun! I also didn't realize I was controlling the ground, but once I figured that out it became much more intuitive. I think a quick prompt at the beginning of the game to explain that would be helpful, especially since it feels like I would be controlling the actual player character instead. I think since the game is quite difficult, a little bit more time for each level would be nice (or even no timer at all?). Like for the first level, it was really tight trying to get all the drinks and also win. I think in general, it's a good idea to let the player have a few easy wins at first so that they can get a feel for the game and its mechanics, then ramp up the difficulty slowly.

Otherwise, really good job for your first game jam! I hope you keep at it!

Thanks for the feedback! Yeah, I should've probably made the timers a bit longer lol. It would've been nice to add some easier stages and tutorial stuff if I had more time.

Very spinny, less winny on my part but im not the best, i would like to see a jump perchance that'd be cool, unless there was one and i missed it

I added more specific comments to the game page, but I had a hard time controlling my character, and I couldn't get past the second level. I was surprised the character would move on its own sometimes, and it was confusing when the camera spun around me when I tried to move backwards slightly. He also started hopping sometimes, and I couldn't figure out why...

Neat concept, but I'd consider testing out different movement styles if you continue to work on it!

I have some difficulties to manage the ball, and sometimes feels confusing the controls. I never played the original Monkey Ball, so maybe I will need a little more of practice :)

Well, at first I thought controls were just broken but then I understood that we're rotating the ground and it started feel right, so maybe it's just me. I don't really like the style but I like the music
