Oh nice, the constraints in the game (water, memory, range, coverage) felt very on theme. It got out of hand both with the gameplay, but also the narrative context of the game.

Old school aesthetic clicked for me and felt really scrappy and good.  I especially loved the  cascading windows of death when you lose. The UI also felt very responsive, which is no easy feat, and it performed great on browser even when things got uber chaotic.

Great entry man, I enjoyed playing it :)

Solid little tower defense game. I like the stripped down pixel art style, and the fishbowl CRT lensing is a nice touch, not to mention the nostalgic UI choices. I didn't quite understand why I should shut down rooms, and at one point all my turrets shut down, I think your tutorial is maybe just a little too front-loaded and I couldn't absorb that. But I imagine it would work well as later difficulty twist, I assume it was something like I should shut down turrets to save resources for others. That's my off-the-cuff review, I hope it's helpful for you! I enjoyed playing your game and defending our one and only glorious and benevolent ChatGPT for one more day.

Thank you, i really appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately I wasn't unable to fully implement the turret shut-down system to my liking, currently its main use is to stagger weapon groups, as if every weapon is fired at the same time, it'll likely cause a grid collapse later in the game when the player has a few turrets down, which unfortunately seems like i failed to properly convey. Regardless, thank you for playing our game!

Nice game, but I was a bit confused by it.

Wow! I REALLY liked the aesthetic of this game! Took me back to the glory games. I'm not the biggest on tower defense games, but my rating is based on "relative to other tower games" so I'll say REALLY GREAT JOB!
