Hello! My name is Celeste, I'm a Canada based composer who mainly focuses on electronic music in ambient styles, but am very comfortable in a variety of fields! I'm in between wrapping up my undergrad and starting a masters in composition, and I would love to get a chance to get some direct experience working on on a project no matter how small it may be. I am largely inspired by composers like C418, Lena Raine, Boards of Canada, and Floating Points, but have also been inspired by the works of Yasunori Nishiki, DM Dokuro, and more!

unmade; was mainly inspired by the End biome in minecraft, but is probably one of my most "ambitious" projects in terms of the risks I wanted to take regarding sound design and atmosphere, I always have enjoyed creating pieces that revolve around more liminal spaces and ideas and I think this is very emblematic of that! This piece also placed first in a few local electronic music competitions I entered it into.

Orion is a short collection of 2 works I made for a composing jam where my goal was to create a mini-soundtrack in this case centering on a space-themed game. My concept was a cozy puzzle game where the player maps out constellations to fulfill small requests for the members of a seaside town. 

I have other works that I would be happy to share, they are just unfinished! I have been putting a lot of work into developing an EP to act as a proper portfolio for my masters applications, but as that is a while away I would love to have some other projects to work on in the meantime. If you are working on a larger project that you intend to make some form of revenue on, we can discuss that once you reach out to me. I'm rather flexible with how payment will work, but would be down to do volunteer work for jams and other small projects!
