great game idea, though the game gives the strength away, so the incentive is to just click through each insult and pick which you see is higher, and think if the maximum is low

the player doesn't have an incentive to think of how the insult is better than the others, when the answer's given

Trash talking is a really creative spin on the theme. I also love the color palette and the pixel art. Good job!

As been said by another comment, the gameplay isn't more than picking the option with the most strength. Just keep that in mind for the next game jam.

Unique idea but I feel like it could've been more intense when picking the right/wrong line. But I had some fun for 5-10 minutes while I played the game

Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it!

I'll just say what my teacher taught me. Players don't like to read a lot (those who like to read are an exception to the rule, and unfortunately, I'm one of those who like a small amount of text). The game itself is entertaining and requires a certain level of attention. )))

Thanks for the tip! I wanted to implement a "skip dialog" option at the end which might have helped especially when replaying the game but unfortunately ran out of time. Maybe I'll keep working on this and add it in the future :)

It's got pretty funny dialoge and roasts, unfortunately the gameplay itself isn't much more then "Pick the biggest number and hope the rng didn't pick higher"

Yeah I agree, unfortunately I didn't have time to add more complex stuff like damage multiplicators, healing, conditionals and other things to make it more strategic.
