Imagine RNGeus lets you add one thing to the game. It can be a new feature, a new path, a new girl, or an improvement to something that's already in the game.
The only rule is you can't remove anything, you can only add or improve.

Personally, I'd add a feature that lets us make use of our free time by going on dates with the girls and visiting different locations. Things like taking Yasuka to the onsen, Noriko to the game center, and so on.

I would live too see more in the femdom path, but that looks like the groundwork is being worked on if the changes in the latest patch is anything to go by..?
I'm not much for NTR, but I would love to see perhaps the options to "tame" some of the males by paring them up with some of the girls? This could be so if you choose a non-harem route you everyone sort-of gets a happy ending. (This would probably be quite hard work to figure out what pairings would be valid, and such, and is more like a "I wish this was in more VNs" type of a thing.)
Of course the really bad guys wold not be an option: Akira, Minato, Netoru.
I'd be interested in more femdom routes too, though I'm not sure if any more girls will get one. Who are you hoping gets one?
As for the taming suggestion, were you mostly thinking of a happy ending to Kimochi, or do you think Takeo and co. could be redeemed? And am I right in thinking it'd mostly affect the ending rather than completely change the route?

Absolutely for Kimochi... I was thinking that when I saw him with Noriko in his flat in 0.13.x. But how? She hates his guts... :-P
I think the "Thugs" would need to be have some kind of crap happen to them for it to happen. But I think it'd be possible..? I don't know... at least the mother and sister should not have to worry about their wards dying in a ditch.
That whole idea may be too out there for this game, though.
