Is this your first game submitted to a game jam?

Really fun!! I think to improve it I would make the economy have more difficult choices - right now it's too easy to just max out your farms and then get a lot of peasants (with the main bottleneck for new recruits being solely food). But it's a really good game and still enjoyed it.
This is my favorite game of the jam so far! This game is awesome, please keep up the good work!
The game is really well made and looks amazing. It took me two tries to complete it. On my second run, I could skip through the last few waves pretty easily. But I still had a lot of fun and it definitely gave me some RTS vibes. Good job :)
Very cute and fun little game, but I don't know how to get wood. I liked the graphics a lot!
the art of the environment and the ui really sells the atmosphere of a village at night. the clouds going by and the firelit torches are nice touches. it was really fun upgrading and building up an army in between attacks.
during the first runs, i couldn't grasp the harvesting system. the countdown creates a sense of urgency so i kept moving the villagers around after they appeared to absorb the resources that pop up, and before they had a chance to finish processing it. which didn't allow me to accumulate enough to buy soldiers before the first wave.
things got better when i figured out each area has a max number of villager slots and i can leave them in their area to do their thing. the army i ended up with was really overpowered but felt rewarding watching them win. great game!
Hey! Thanks for playing! Yeah, in hindsight, I probably could have explained it better, with like a visual timer or something in terms of resource gathering.
I’m super glad you enjoyed making an overpowered army at the end, when developing it, making sure that armies could get big and overpowered was definitely a priority.
Interesting concept, really fits the theme reminds me of Age of Empires ;D

first run and died in the second wave lol, the game is actually fun as heck, and I feel like if you have more plans for it, this would make a hell of a rogue like, Very fun, the music fits well, my favorite track so far was the Loose screen one, the art is very silly and fun and has a lotta soul Very fun to play :>
Love the game, didnt get far. Could say that the instruction could be layed out a bit better. Nontheless, a solid game.
