The world: post-nuclear-fallout. The character: Marco, a 23-year-old Mexican-American college swimmer running through ten zones of apocalyptic beauty and horror to find his best friend.
The cat is named Nacho. He is already at every location before Marco arrives. He is simultaneously dragging a burrito across a field AND sitting on a fence post watching. No explanation is given.
There is a payphone in Zone 7. Marco picks it up and dials his mother’s number. It rings twice. Disconnects. He keeps his hand on the receiver for one beat too long. Then keeps walking.
The mystery at the center of the game is called EVAC 87. The number 87 is embedded in the game, the jersey number of the person Marco is looking for, and the dimension the Oasis exists in.
The game is fully built — complete with 10 zones, all bosses, all lore, animated finale, and secrets...
