I beat it in 44:44! Wow that game was amazing but also really stressful when you're really high up, you can't for the life of you touch a grip, your stamina is low and then you make it worse by accidently letting go with another hand... and that's why this game is so good. I was tempted to give up like halfway through the map but I chose to keep going. I love the music that played as I was near the top, it really motivated me to keep going.
I guess my only complaints are that the ending wasn't as epic as the music was suggesting, and then also I'd like the hands to let go as soon as I tell them to instead of sometimes having a multiple second delay. Either way, I loved this and it's one of my favourites from this jam!
Congratulations on beating it!
During playtesting I also found myself in the same stressful scenario.
I apologize that the ending was a bit anti-climactic! I really ought to have implanted some type of leaderboard or exciting reward for reaching the top.
Take pride in knowing you're one of the few to have succeeded. Many simply gave up.
I'm glad you enjoyed it and thanks for the detailed feedback!
how did you make the clay texture, its really realistic, I like the simple but hard to control body parts and the sounds and basically everything
I sculpted the characters in blender using "meta balls" it's a really fun modeling technique where you blend shapes together. The material I used was also created in Blender and the texture was baked onto the model. The material consists of a noise texture and a color ramp. The noise texture adds that swirly, slightly inconsistent color variation.
Happy to hear you enjoyed it!
cool
Loved the audio, especially the cheering and struggling sounds.
thanks. Those were recorded in house! 👍
Love the aesthetic, and i was basically addicted to this lol, funni to see how the guys moved and swinged
hehe yeah they be swingin'
thank u for playing. Glad you enjoyed!
Love the squishy clay texture of these guys. Nice job.
yeah I love the clay aesthetic. if I could I would've modeled them out of actual clay... maybe in the sequel.
thanks!
As someone who has rock climbed before, this is exactly what it’s like when you’re out in the battlefield 😩 Amazing job!
haha. Good to know it's lore accurate.
Thanks for climbin'!
your game got seen by brainless already?
Cool game play in the vein of Foddy-likes, but the controls could be a bit more responsive.
Also, as a fan of bouldering I wish there was a level about climbing a taco bell restroom stall
yeah. the foddian inspirations are there 😹
agreed about controls. Appreciate the feedback.

Once I got the hang of the controls, I really enjoyed it!
Glad you liked it! ^-^
Cool movement, personally, I am horrible at playing games and hardly got anywhere, I see the vision, keep up the good work!
regardless, thanks for giving it a shot! :D
Loved the ragdoll movement, i was twisting him around like a contortionist trying to scale the wall asap. His little screams were pretty entertaining aswell :p. Good game
thanks for playing 🫡
Really fun game! I enjoyed the artstyle and voice acting lol. I personally found it really frustrating to control... Could just be a skill issue but the clicking and dragging felt unresponsive at times and it was a super long climb. I got about 10 minutes in 600 feet and I just couldn't take it anymore lol. Not sure though, that could be a skill issue lol.
Good game! I loved the little (and big) guys! :)
well done on making it 600ft
and yeah, totally agreed it should feel more responsive.
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for trying it out!
i really love the silly faces and the fact that you can stretch them in crazy ways its a great game!
glad you enjoyed it! :D
