I enjoy what you're doing with the portraits! It's nice to see your style developing, and the various music remixes are fun. On top of that, the use of actual historical references is extremely impressive and gives a good realistic aspect to the story.

The premise of introducing a newcomer to Gensokyo is especially interesting in a trans girl context, although I did notice the writing feeling unsteady. Tsuyu seems highly surprised if not shocked at her new look & role, but didn't grapple with it as tensely as I would have expected of somebody with an entire former life. (The sudden long hair also almost threw me off for similar reasons, especially being unsure when/if timeskips were happening.) Likewise, I was particularly surprised by how fast she gets shipped with other characters, especially ones just introduced.

I would be very interested in seeing Tsuyu's internal (and external) conflicts explored more, especially her self-discovery. In our world, I find that a lot of people can have hidden internal conflicts and thoughts on their situation that all lead up to how they view & express themselves - and how they interact with others. In storytelling, having purpose to those kinds of events would add a lot of impact to them.

Aside from that, the writing feels alive, and I enjoyed the lighthearted read. Well done!

I reaaaally like the aesthetics and the use of material from actual historical sources!! The premise is interesting too, and I don't feel too bothered about the story having an original character as a protagonist. Also, the inclusion of Akyuu is so good, never stop including her in yr stories.

I did notice a few consistency issues (the Taikou is dying, seemingly peacefully at the beginning, but then there's a disimbodied voice she's fighting as Tsuyu later on that implies she could go back to her old life as the Taikou. Or was it just her internalized transphobia? That was unclear.) I think this isekai-like story has a lot of potential but I honestly felt like it was emotionally flat, and Tsuyu was too passive -- she seemed not to mind  her newfound role/identity too much. I mean, good for her! but I personally didn't find it too compelling, and it contributed to my confusion at the disembodied voice  because it came out of nowhere. The pacing issues were mentioned by other reviewers already so I won't get into more detail about that aspect.

As for the romance, I think it was too "oh, you're cute, let's kiss, chu chu" for me and I'm personally unmoved by cute girls kissing other cute girls and doing cute things if there's no reason beyond physical attraction to draw them together. I do enjoy akyuusuzu smooching and I loved that Kosuzu kicked Tsuyu out when she found Akyuu getting intimate with her. But yeah. I think a story like this needs to be longer and to have more dramatic tension. It's the kind of story that is nice to see playing out in posts, where real life people are able to accept themselves with ease, but fiction needs more Contrivances. 

I really enjoyed the style and art the story was going for, and the music that occupied it. I think the whole concept of "I died as a ruler and got turned into a cute girl!" is both really funny, but such a interesting concept and take for a oc that I cant wait to see expanded upon. Honestly a fun read, and if I'm not busy, I'd love to check out the newer chapters.

Though I do have a few issues. Could be a me thing, but everything felt like it was wrapped up to quickly with chapters having long timeskips and the whole coming out thing feeling way too early. Like there's the set up to him enjoying being a girl and it being expanded upon, and than the buildup just resolves after a few chapters. There are moments of her feeling comfortable as a girl of course. But, it could just be me preferring more growth or character development, but oh well. The story itself was enjoyable though, and doesn't take away from it too much.

Just a tiny itty bitty side thing. Never have I seen so much mahjong representation, and I'm all here for it.

The presentation was aesthetically pleasing, and I liked the music a lot. Great use of backgrounds. Also, a ruler isekaied into Gensokyo as a cute girl? Nice. It's a fun concept.

One thing I noticed is that the story felt a bit fast in the later half, mainly around her integration into the world. Maybe it's because the time skips weren't made explicit, but that's the impression I got. But overall, it was an enjoyable read. Good job! And nice Sakuya kissing.
