A really cool twist on the FNAF concept, having to play the game while still being aware of your surroundings definitely gave me the primal fear of a child disobeying their parents. Also the scare that happens when you ignore your father was hilarious, I actually made that joke in my head while I was playing and then when he said it I was like XD
I think you could lean even further into the horror if you wanted to. At first, I was so on edge that I kept expecting something horrible to jump out and eat me at any moment.
The atmosphere is fantastic. It's really nice to see a game like this in the jam—it feels like a true passion project.
And I absolutely loved the little game on the handheld console! It honestly feels like it could be a game of its own. 😄

Sadly pressing escape seems to end the game, even though I just wanted to pause. I got to about a hundred. I also don’t know if the old man actually does something, I just saw him from time to time.
