Great atmosphere. I wasn't too sure what to do. I'm not the best at video games, but I've never been so bad before that the TV started smoking and someone/something screamed at me

Nice game!

The room felt a bit too dark. It might be because of the lighting in the web build—I've run into that issue myself a few times. I saw the screenshots on your page, and they look much brighter, so I think those were probably taken in the editor where the like works just fine.

Other than that, nice work!

Solid idea. The execution doesn't really work in the 3D portion or the 2D portion. The room you play in is too dark, and in the shoot-em-up your bullets are slower than your run speed. Seen the game-within-a-game concept work before though, and the atmosphere is there.

really dark and fun vibe. I agree with others that the lighting is a bit difficult to see. I'd love to see this aesthetic developed on! pretty fun gameplay too actually. Cool stuff!

We actually ended up with really similar game ideas, and I love that you can play the game while not zoomed into the TV really adds to the vibe.

I really like the vibe of the game, though I feel like it's too dark. I'm not sure if you're supposed to do something outside playing the 2d game, but I think it would be cool if you would need to do stuff in two places at once. Also I feel like it would be better if the game didn't just end after you die in the 2d game and instead it would restart or something.

This has a lot of potential, and quite a cinematic feel to it. It's a bit too dark for my taste tho. Why does it get stuck after I play the jump and run? Keep up the good work.

I'm very retro and it hurts my retro eyes trying to see anything in this darkness ;) Can't say that I've had a lot of fun, but I played a mario-thing a bit, got screamed at, soiled myself and died (I think). Atmosphere 66/10.
