Really cute design. The audio also gives it a cozy vibe! Was not expecting how precise the game actually was in terms of collisions. I think you did a really nice job on your first Jam ! keep up the great work and well done !
Nice game! Honestly the gameplay loop is pretty fun, and I like the pixel perfect nature of it. Once you get into a flow state it gets pretty addicting The ms paint style of graphics fits the game imo and I love the music.
The main things missing imo are a scoreboard showing you how many holes you made it through when you die, and then for every subsequent run it keeps track of your high score. Without that I felt discouraged to keep replaying once I got really far because I had no idea how far I'd actually gotten
And then just some simple sound effects would be nice too, like some quiet flapping noises and a death sound maybe. Maybe also make the hitboxes a tad bit more forgiving but I'm not sure whether that's fully necessary. Great game though!

Great game for your first game jam entry! I enjoyed it. :) I love the monster that is chasing you. The only thing I was missing was a score that tells me how well my current attempt is going.
in the first game there was a score but 4 days before the deadline a lot of errors were showing up and a day before the deadline i decided to remake the whole game extra carefully and now it works
