This was a nice way to handle it, but I feel like an opportunity was missed by having each universe actually run in parallel. I didn't really appreciate having to type in the universe names myself (being able to use the arrow keys or something like that would've been cool) or how you were forced to buy every upgrade before splitting, but I really liked the way the timelines split and you did a good job making each universe feel distinct, mechanically. Also, I knew where that link was going, excellent choice.
Loved this one. Simple in concept, but the idea of manually typing in the variant universes really lent well to the theme of the game jam. You really feel like you're "accessing" the other universes. If this were expanded and each universe had more mechanical depth, plus making QoL to counteract the expanded size and complexity, this could be a truly awesome full game
This is a good game, it's pretty basic but I liked it. The balance feels pretty good and I thought it was cool how each timeline has its own kind of theme, nice job!
