we really loved this game!! aaand we got some citizen sleeper vibes from the gameplay, so that's cool because it's a very underrated gem, and if you took inspiration from it then that's awesome!!

Hey hey, glad you enjoyed it a ton! The game absolutely was inspired a lot by Citizen Sleeper, I've gotten to chance to play it and the sequel now and I really love both of them soo much!!

What a charming game! The polish in this is fantastic. Really like the character designs and aesthetic too. Everything is really well made. Good job all!

I loved this- this is such a pretty game!!! X3

It's very well polished in the art department and also fun trying to find out which location finds/needs what resources. :3c

The Art is great! Loved the aesthetic of things being arranged along the inner-crescent of the moon and I could tell there was a very high amount of polish for the Character Art and UI!

I also liked the variety of Characters for this entry! :3

I think my only gripe with this game is the same one I have for other games incorporating a lot of the mouse, and that's the lack of hotkeys to snap the Dice into the cursor.

I would have loved it if there were keys setup to do that, so I can just select and swap Dice via a hotkey to speed up my actions! :3

Not a gripe, but just something I was curious about... is there a detriment to expending an hour of the day to refill the dice? I think the only timed event that I noticed was the Fair, and that seemed like a nifty way to get more money, but I'm not sure if there was more stuff I just wasn't paying enough attention to?

All-in-all, I had a great time with this game! :3

Ahh! Thank YYNeko! I'm glad you enjoyed the game!

I was the person who did the scripting for the action system, and I did consider adding some kind of push-back or cost to ending your turn and rerolling the dice. We talked about 'maybe you can run out of time' or 'you have to spend resources to buy food' or things like that.

I think, if the game were bigger and we had a little more time, we would have implemented something like that. As it stands, the game is more about exploring and playing around than difficulty.

I do like the idea of adding keyboard shortcuts for the dice too!

Thank you for playing!!

Thank you so much for the feedback, glad you hear you enjoyed the game and art a ton! Using hotkeys to snap dice to the cursor makes a lot of sense, and definitely speeds up the process a lot more to help make the gameplay much smoother. For expending an hour, we did have some ideas planned for a limited number of turns or hours you could use early on, but we ran out of time before we could implement any big detriment to ending the hour, minus the Dispatcher not being happy if you try to end the hour before using all your dice :3

Great work on Signal Siege as well! I really really liked playing through that game and the artstyle of that game as well! The keyboard sounds were very satisfying, the clicky-clacks were awesome.

I really like this one. Feels like a low stakes version of Disco Eysium. I grabbed a bubble tea and sat down and had a lovey chill time. The art and colours are gorgeous and it all feels really cohesive. I like that there’s multiple ways to approach each task. It just felt really approachable.

Thank you for playing im really glad you like. I've not played Disco Eysium but I will have to try it out. Playing the game with your own tea sounds super cozy. Maybe we should add a little something about making yourself tea before you play :P

OK, that would be very cute. Thanks for playing Birdinahat! I am so glad you enjoyed yourself!!

This game was a treat to play. While the gameplay is simple and mostly a vehicle to progress the narrative, I had a fantastic time just exploring around and spending my little dice as needed. The moon itself is wonderfully modeled, with little details you get to see up close when you zoom into a location. The 2D art sprites of the characters are very pretty, and go well along with the color palette of the environment. Highlight of my first day checking submissions! Devs also stopped by my chat and were super nice <3

Heyy, thank you for the compliments on the art style ^-^
With the gameplay, you need to click on the nodes in the circles around the moon, which will take you to locations, then once at locations, you can drag dice from the bottom right into sanarions.  I hope that helps, if if dose not,  can you please explain a little more what part you are stuck with?
Thanks again for the feedback ^-^

I think I understood that part, but it kinda just felt like I was just... Doing stuff
Maybe (probably) because I'm not the biggest fan of text based games, but it kinda just felt aimless
