Okay, this game has a retro vibe, ahahaha. I want to beat the first enemy and I don't have a guide on how to do it. AHAHAHA.

(Am I the only one who has no idea what to do with the worm near the chest and why the F key doesn't work near clickable items?) Oh, the map looks great for a game made in 9 days, and I saw a comment from someone who finished the game, so congrats on finishing the jam, guys!

Maybe we should have added some visual hint, but for the places that don't work when you press f, you I'll need the right key to them to work.

Thanks for playing!

Thanks for the reply, bro, glad you tried our game out

About the interactables, you actually need keys to use them, which, once again, are inside the guarded chests :P

Ty for trying it out tho, we really appreciate it!

There is a lot of good effort on display here. I like the art, and the main menu music is really good, I just wish there was music during the game itself! I think the map was cool, and wandering around, while it's unclear where to go at first, really does feel like exploring a strange, unknown world. That said, I wish the player controlled a little more fluidly. It feels fine enough, but it's very basic. Some acceleration, some coyote time, maybe additional movement options like a double jump, could have made exploring this world all that much more enjoyable. But for what seems to be the majority of the teams' first game (at least on itch) this is good stuff. Keep it up!

Thanks for the feedback! we will consider this for our next games.

Thank you bro!

It was indeed our first game :P

Half of our team had their first time ever making a game (me and fenix included haha)

That said, we really had the idea of adding music during gameplay, but... we had some "issues" with the audio guy, which left us hanging, we had to patch the audio at last minute xD

Thank you for the review & advice, it really makes us happy to see people try our game out!

Played through the full game! I liked the telegraph that the worm and the axe tentacle had. The final cutscene was also pretty epic. Keep it up yall! A tip for web exports: make sure the .html file is named "index.html". Itch is weirdly specific about that.
