If you have the time, would you mind sending me a screenshot of the page showing the quarantine? I successfully downloaded the game PDF while logged out from an incognito tab and from a public library computer, so I can't seem to replicate what you're getting.
Beat me to it. I’m getting this on all my devices (linux /chromium, ios/safari, android/firefox) and regardless of whether I browse incognito with empty caches or logged in btw.
