Id like to see the programm have more options for what to select. 
For example one that censors the mouth, primarily usefull if you use invert boxes.
Another one could be like ears or something of instead of belly it could be specefically belly button yk.

Idk how achievable that is but it would be cool imo!

hotscreen does allow custom models so you could train and add a compatible model with all the body parts and/or clothing types you want to add though to get hotscreen to be able to use that info you would need a mod. Honestly been trying to figure out something similar and havent figured it out myself

Its just so hard to get a model properly built for censoring. And then testing things. I hear Pury.Fi has a new model just for this. But its obviously not public. 

Mouth would be nice to have, I agree.
