I liked the game! It was chaotic and did try to do some neat things with the theme. It's satisfying to get in a trance and rapid fire all the tasks you're given. I do wish there was a bit more control over the RNG of the batteries and gears as getting multiple time stopping events in a row incredibly slows down the game and can be rather frustrating. Alternatively, it would've been neat if the bomb malfunctions caused damage to the bomb over time instead of freezing the timer, to differentiate them from the batteries and keep the timer going a little longer. I've had issues with my wrist hurting due to the sheer amount of mouse movements needed and the length of a single play session and I feel this could've mitigated a little bit by adding pauses at certain times such as when the texts show up to warn you of the game speeding up. Otherwise it was a neat idea, thankfully beat it second try (I think) so it didn't cause too much wrist fatigue issues and did have fun with it!

this game was so fire that it encouraged me to larp as this game and strap a bomb to my chest. it didnt go well at first as walking outside soon encouraged several federal agents to follow me and tell me to  "calm down" but after showing the feds and "innocent civilians" how awesome this game was it also encouraged them to larp as this game by strapping bombs to multiple living objects such as small animals. this game was so epic that i might just have a bagel for breakfast tomorrow and not tell anyone. amazing game. cuttheredwire/10

Fun game! There was however a bug where the timer countdown just didn't work and it was stuck for like 30 seconds

Developer

this is not a bug, the glowing rats add extra time

Cool game, clever using of the theme :)

I liked how the difficulty ramped up as you had to manage the timer of the bomb on top of clicking the rats too!

Why rats wants to eat the bomb?
And why some of them are glowing?
Did they already ate some other bomb and it was nuclear, so they are radioactive now?
I am really intrigued by worldbuilding of this game...

Developer

quick lore drop here, didn't have time to add this in the game, the rats are actually all hired by SperDuperSafe, to attempt to diffuse the companies bombs, and they've been so good at it
the ones that are glowing are the "Mechanical rats" made by SuperDuperSafe to replace the hired rats with robots, but instead of doing damage, they just add 5 seconds of time, because they're less good at their job!

Detonated bomb and got rich.

I thought the countdown bomb was a bit of a cliché, but really liked how the buildup intensified as the countdown progressed. (especially last 30s)
