Hi, my friend! I tried to reply to you on Reddit, but it looks like my account there got shadowbanned because of a long chat message, so I'm writing to you here instead.

I played the latest version of your game and I wanted to tell you that I’m a testing team lead in my day job, so hunting for bugs and improving products is what I do for a living. I also love gaming, and I always try to help developers out there too whenever I come across bugs. By the way, I found a few more bugs in your game (in the latest version), and I’ll try to describe them now and explain how I stumbled upon them.

1. The images of found items aren't displaying.

2. I can buy expensive backpacks and sneakers through the wall. I doubt that’s how you intended it to work.

3. If I collect too many items, they spill over the edges of the scroll during extraction. If you're interested in my recommendation: instead of listing duplicate items on separate lines, you could just indicate the quantity before the price—like this: Used Bowl x2 - $48

4. At some point, I managed to go into the red.

5. Here is the most interesting bug—I’ll explain how it happened. I saved up enough money to buy a pair of speed-boosting sneakers, then headed out on a run; after gathering some items, I rushed outside to extract. As soon as I hit the extraction button, I sprinted—moving incredibly fast—toward the center of the house. When I was teleported to the safe zone, I found myself in a secret room containing the items I’d collected, along with sneakers and a money upgrade on the shelves (the upgrade cost $0, likely because it was still under development). I was able to sell the items from the shelves immediately and grab the sneakers, but I couldn't find a way out; the only door that opened was the one shown in the image on the left (where a gap is visible), and it led to a funny dead end. The other door wouldn't open, leaving me trapped, though I did try to clip through the walls in a few spots and almost succeeded.

I also completely forgot to ask—is there a quick way to get in touch with you so I can more easily send you information about your game? I had to find another way to contact you because of a shadowban.

Hiya, sorry to hear about the shadowban, hopefully it gets lifted soon for you. Thanks for checking out the new update so quickly. as for the bug you found, ill put them in my bug fix list and try get to them soon.

I hadnt set up any images yet so this will be added in the next update, i just wanted to get the collection book out so that i could work on the bugs and things.

The shop backpacks and things are definitely not meant to show outside the shop haha, i will get this sorted quickly so people cant just get them through the side of the building.

For the item summary at the end of the level i think your idea is definitely one I will be adding, i was also going to make the text into a scrolling list so that way the items will cut themselves off but will still be able to be scrolled through.

The last issue you found is actually a funny one as i think you found my testing room. To make it easier for me testing item pickup and upgrades i had made a small room at the back of the unlockable rooms so that i can test features without going through 20 minutes of gameplay.  I am going to restrict the players movement completely once they click extract until they have loaded into the new zone or shop,  it should stop any of the loading into the level at different points and keep the player stationary through the few seconds countdown.

As for contacting me, i am more than happy to go through here as i have a bug forum at the bottom of the game for any bugs or crashes people find,  or i can also give you my discord so that you can reach me through there a lot easier. Either way i usually try to check my itch/discord/reddit/tiktok each day as im working most days to update the game and get it promoted a bit more over different apps.

Thanks again for taking the time to go through everything in detail! I'm really happy to hear the reports have been useful.

I'd be happy to continue the conversation on Discord if that's easier for you. Feel free to send me your username or an invite whenever you have a chance.

I'll definitely be keeping an eye on future updates. I'm really enjoying seeing the game evolve, and I'd be glad to keep testing new builds and sharing feedback.

Hi, that's me just send you a request on discord.

The bugs you have found are really helpful since I’m working on the game completely on my own, so I don’t have much help doing anything but i am really trying to get as much as i can built out as quickly as possible as i want it to be a great game experience and think it could be a great game when polished and added to a lot more.

so any feedback good or bad is helpful to keep the game going in the right direction.

That's strange, I don't see any requests on Discord. Could you leave your username so I can try sending you a request?
