11 archer towers can conquer it all! It's quite fun and shows great potential as a solid prototype for an amazing game.

Tough till you upgrade.  Love the art.

after the first few levels it got super easy.

then the gem pickup sound disolved my ears

Pretty fun, once you understand that you shouldnt protect the wizard at the start, but rather collect some gems, upgrade and repeat :D

Fun idea! Definitely played this longer than I should've. I'd like it better if the gems started with a homing pickup on them, stepping on each one gets old. Also a visual for which direction the enemy's are approaching would be nice. The difficulty is very hard and then gets too easy, so that could use some smoothing out. Great work overall!

At first it was very difficult, then I found out that what I thought was the level selection was actually the upgrades, so it suddenly became very easy.
Then I kept playing in level 1 for a while because I hadn't understood that levels didn't progress automatically.
But it was entertaining the whole time

Really really cool, I played untill round 11 and unlock all the skills, really well done, would need more enemies and maps! Really well done, i found myself stuck in it!

I loved checking this out! of course I'll dive into a skill tree :)

I ended up just turtling and it removed the tension of the core loop, so maybe implementing a "the wizards need space to do the ritual" zone might help in preserving the gameplay loop that was established in the early levels.

Thanks! Looks like there was supposed to be an update with extra enemies but for some reason that build didn't make it :(. If only I could change it now!

Very addicting little game, I could see myself as a kid spending an afternoon playing this on Congregate back in the flash game days. My biggest critique is on the sound-design front: when multiple sound effects trigger at once, they stack to become quite loud and completely overpower the music. I would suggest limiting the number of simultaneous SFX (at the end of the level, when the ritual is completed, the sound of every enemy dying at once for example is extremely loud).

This was a REALLY addicting game. As someone that played vampire survivors, this is the exact same vibes.  I actually had to stop myself from playing more!

I like the idea and the game looks great! Maybe I'm just bad but I didn't seem strong enough to beat the first level??

update: based on another comment I realized I thought the upgrade tree was level select as well. Basically have to die first attempt and purchase upgrade to have any chance
