I thank you and your team you created to make the game. Wonderful premise, wonderful music and art. It's amasing but it hard to run on my computer/weird laptop (lol)

Edit: Also bug I found, sometimes that cat bombs glitch through the pinball flippers

the fact that one of my favorite youtubers made this game and i got to play it before the voting ended makes me so happy!

The Artwork is soooo good! Also the gameplay feels really chaotic but is very fun. And the sound design is really good too. Super nice game in every criterion!

Good game! It was funny to see that your boss is the main character in my game, haha. ;D Great idea to combine pinball with a boss fight! Also, the 3D art looks great.

This is so cute but struggled surprisingly running on a low end system; my left flipper also got stuck flipped up and became unstickable/unflippable. Great entry though.

This is so good! I like it, The artwork is incredible! A nice flipper !

I just finished a cat pushing bombs puzzle game and now I have cats as the bombs XD

Brilliant idea, great looking and fun game. I think you should have infinite lives before the boss appears though, since it was a bit demoralising getting hit with a game over while I was still figuring out the controls.

The game looks really cool, however if I had to give a bit of criticism, I think that it takes too long for the pinballs to start counting down then explode.

Based upon where I was getting lag-spikes, My guess is that was due to shader compilation. Basically whenever games render shaders, the engine needs to figure out how to render it and then cache it to a file. I was getting a spike during the first times it loaded a particle which, since particles are shaders, lines up with shader compilation issues. It's a pretty hard lag spike to fix because Godot needs to cache it to a file so every time it runs the shader it will be faster. If your game has loading screens then you can hide the particles behind a black screen but otherwise it's just a tricky bug to deal with.

The art is amazing! The intro animation was so chaotic I lost 3 times there, but persisted on. Eventually I gave up due to lag :( Still, great art and cool game!

This was a cool arcade chaos idea! I liked that the bomb is both the threat and the thing you actually need to use. That made the countdown feel way more active than just a timer ticking down. The boss loop sounds fun too because it keeps you pushing instead of just playing safe.

The controls also give it a more physical feel, which makes the concept stand out more. I like when a game takes a familiar arcade feeling and adds one weird twist. The whole bomb loop sounds stressful in a good way lol. Really neat twist on a boss fight!

WOAH! Really fun little game! The programming and audio contributions by some You Tube legends is top tier, as expected, but the 2D and 3D art is the standout to me. Mapping the paddles to the mouse buttons was a great idea and makes the game feel tactile and intuitive. One criticism, there's not much of an indicator that the balls are counting down to an explosion nor is it clear what the purpose of them counting down to an explosion is. That mechanic feels a bit tacked on for the theme, it feels like this game wouldn't change drastically without it.

Yo, I didn't know you took part in the jam, Failboat! Thats kinda cool, both for you and your team! The art on this game is awesome, I'm a huge fan of the style! I will say, I found it hard to hit the boss, maybe widening his hitbox, or adding a bit more control over the aim could help with that? Also, the explosion effects when the boss did appear often obscured my balls and made me lose them since I couldn't track where they were going to be. Other than that, a really cool idea executed really well!

(Also, if I had a nickel for every game I played this jam that had really nice artwork and that you had to fight a giant rat boss, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot, but its weird that its happened twice)

I’ll get you this time, BEAM ATTACK!

Really good art and audio. Gameplay is a bit skewed such that it’s really easy to win once you have a lot of cats but really hard when you drop to a few, so I think it could beneficial if it’s more forgiving when you’re about to lose but more challenging when you’re already doing well. Overall I enjoyed my time with this game, nice work!

I liked this, I'd only say it's a little unforgiving, maybe multiple lives before defeat?

This game is really cool! The artwork, music and concept are amazing, but the gameplay is a little clunky and frustrating at times. (for example, having to wait for the transition from the dumpster to the boss) Overall, great game!

The artwork is pure gold! I love it!
