I found the core game mechanic fun but not being able to catch balls didn't make the game as fun as it should've. I noticed that the AI would sometimes catch balls so I would try as well. Sometimes spamming the left mouse and aiming perfectly works and I feel really rewarded and it's really satisfying so I feel it's worth making it into a dedicated control mechanic. I found that there was also no reason to actually kill any of the enemies since I can just go speedrun to the ladder and it's done, which makes the main gameplay kind of avoidable.

I love the concept of dodgeball though. It's really fun to bait throws and aim accurately to throw the ball. One interesting part was that I could force the enemies to kill eachother! That was really fun to do as well. There's a lot of potential in this game idea!

Dodgeball! It was really interesting, being able to use the balls as both offense and defense.  I felt like each encounter with an enemy was a duel, and facing multiple was like a desperate escape!
The glass breaking mechanic was genius. It gave me the choice, for example, to keep my ball positioned at a group of foes about to corner me or to lower my defenses to open an escape route. This is definitely something you could expand on a ton! (variably charged shots, killing off wall-bounces, etc.)

One thing I'd offer for feedback is that after I found myself cornered, I was kinda just toast.  Maybe you could explore ways to give the player leeway in those situations. Maybe a close range attack option, or a minimum distance the enemies can walk towards you, etc. I'm sure there's lots of neat ways you could solve that problem!

I really enjoyed learning how to bait the Ai to throw! I feel like if I sat with it a bit longer it would feel a bit more fair, but the map design lends itself to being known. If you don't know it feels like you can end up in pretty unfair situations! Overall pretty fun game though!

Super fun! I like the way you did the perspective and the bg to make it feel like a rocket, I like the destruction mechanics a lot, awesome work

overall, quite a fun time but a little bit unfair at times when I got cornered. getting trapped in an inescapable hallway was TERRIFYING for some reason. I liked the glass break mechanic but it was sometimes hard to trigger in close quarters. Level 6 was my top score i think!
