How does your game fit the theme?
Take a stroll down to the cafe to see your friend, but watch out for those minigames! Too many on the screen and you'll bust! Based on my personal subjective experience micromanaging a life filled with countdowns and not the capacity for all of them.

Engaging game! Once I started, I felt like I needed to keep trying haha

Such a unique take on the theme, I would've never gone here! That's so so cool! It was so overwhelming, but that's the point! Very warioware in nature, and would definitely love to see how this expands in the future! c:

Very unique game concept! It feels like I'm running multiple instances of Warioware at once. It would've been cool if you could drag windows around so the minigame you're currently busy with didn't get obstructed by another window (but I suppose this was an intentional design choice). Great work overall!

Yes exactly. People with disabilities don't necessarily get to choose the time and place where they will have to deal with their symptoms, so this specific design decision was in service of that. It simulates having overlapping symptoms, when the player is forced to take their attention from dealing with one symptom and instead engage with another with a totally different resolution method.

Juggling relentless popup minigames while trying to have a conversation captures the feeling of mental overload in a wonderfully unique way!

This is a very interesting idea! I finally did it after many failures. :)

Thanks so much for playing! I'm so happy that people are managing to beat the game. I had to make sure that you couldn't just beat it right off the bat, so thank you for bearing with the difficulty.

It's an interesting gameplay gimmick! I like the simple artstyle quite a lot and the wide variety of minigames makes it truly overwhelming. Some minigame does seem buggy, for example the fatigue minigame where you need to hold space, I'm holding it and nothing happens. The skill tree is quite small but I like the concept! It could be expanded to make the gameplay more interesting. I unlocked everything in the skill tree and the game was still really difficult so I imagine it's by design that the player will always get overloaded when talking in the cafe? It could just be a skill issue though.

I like the premise of the story a lot too! Being distracted and zoning out of the conversation and then pretend you're listening is really cool, I like it when the text boxes react to the overload status and redacts some words. A very well-made game!

Thanks so much! I would recommend playing with audio, since there are audio cues that let you know if a minigame is active/firing.

Also, you can progress to the end so don't be afraid to keep trying, it's totally possible with the upgrades!

Such a clever and unique concept. Juggling all those minigames at once definitely overwhelmed me! Great submission.

Haha, very interesting concept!

Such an interesting game, really quite engaging.

The skill tree is excellent, and it is tangible in making the game easier, so it's nicer to get closer and closer to the cafe each playthrough.

I most enjoyed the physical minigames, as I almost always missed the memory clues with other things being on the screen.

It's a really fascinating mish-mash of different genres and mechanics, but it all worked together great for me and was enjoyable to the end, thank you.

Unique game. Art work worked. I thought it was hard since it seemed buggy but maybe user error. Great game!

Absolutely bonkers game. Unique as hell! Well done.
