Pretty cool start, I like the game and the artwork, especially the illusion xD. I think maybe a way to extend the countdown would be cool, like for instance some special kind of food, looking forward for any updates :)
The background looks like you're watching an optical illusion. Really like it.
i also like the effect for the background, W .. but if only you added screenshots and cover art here it would've been better.. i think you can edit that
