How does your game fit the theme?
You have a limited amount of time to collect resources as your drone battery dies each run. Failure to collect enough blood before you pass out ends the game.

I really like the style of the game, but it's sometimes difficult to understand where I can go. Sometimes there is no visible wall but you can't pass through, and sometimes it's the opposite. Ennemy's projectiles help a lot to figure out that there is actually something there!
I also didn't understand at first that drone upgrades only apply to the next run. This makes the game much harder and a bit too time-consuming, especially when you have to restart from scratch.
I didn't manage to finish it. I collected around 115 blood, but I can't really progress beyond the first three rooms. :'(
Cool game idea! The color palette is very nice. It can be hard to tell what's a wall and what isn't, though. Some more color contrast would be good. Also, I think there was a bug with the blood counter, because when I would pick up blood the counter would go up to some super high number (usually 25 or 35) and then go back down to a normal once I collected another. The point distribution system was a great idea that probably could've been explained better in game. The music was very nice. Great work!
Like the color pallet. I will be honest I had some difficulty initially understanding what is going on. But as I continued to play, I understood more. Trying to survive as you are bleeding out is a pretty good idea for the game jam theme.
I’ll give you this—the theme execution is super clear! While the narrative isn't entirely unique, it works well with the theme. Adding stronger game feel and audio feedback would really help draw players in :) .
The idea could be fun but clarity is really hurting this game. What do pickup do ? What does blood do ? I didn't even understand the upgrade panel is an upgrade panel for a few runs (though was just stats). Some walls look like floor.
I like the progression of continuously getting stronger and able to reach new areas but found it difficult to get very far even when I prioritized the battery. Constantly replaying the beginning got quite repetitive. The limited colour palette is a nice touch (although it was sometimes a little hard to see walls).
Realy felt the theme in this one!
