Really love the gameplay, especially the grabable target (i played with it instead of collect the count down XD)

I really liked this one, very satisfying to run to improve each run! I do find keeping track of the timers difficult, even with being able to see them through walls. Good job!

Developer

Thank you very much for playing.
Do you have a idea on what could help you to keep track of the timers?

Submitted(+1)

Cool idea and nice movement! You should try to develop this further after the event, when you have more time :D

Developer

Maybe I will. Thank you for playing!

First 3D game I’ve come across in the jam and it was a nice change of pace. Quick crisp gameplay, the loop clicks within a round or two, and coloring the timers so you know what to prioritize is a smart touch that kept me moving instead of reading.

Best moments were chaining the super high jumps and figuring out the route to a specific timer before it ran out. Some things to consider if you keep building, letting sprint work mid air would open up the movement even more, or lean all the way in with something like a jetpack mode. A little tutorial round for the buttons wouldn’t hurt either.

What’s the best run you’ve or someone else has gotten so far? Any thoughts on a leaderboard?

Count me in for a post jam version :)

Thank you for playing, and for the extensive feedback.
I actually though sprinting midair would do something, but I checked and you're right, it doesn't. If I ever continue working on this, I would have worked on the Movement anyway as there are still lots of stuff I wish I had in it (Sliding, Wallrunning/Jumping, better Grappling).

A tutorial-Map is also something I've thought about during the jam, but I really didn't have the time for it.

Best Score I've heard from was 1300 in one of the comments, but I didn't know which difficulty that was.
An actual Leaderboard (with scores sorted per Map) would definitely nice for the actual game.

Glad you enjoyed playing.

I counted the number of my countdowns up but  the number of count downs counting down was also going up and eventually I always missed a countdown that counted all the way down. 10/10 countdowns!

I counted on someone to come down to the joke.
Thank you for playing and counting down!

This game is incredibly fun and exciting! The high mobility, double jump, and grapple mechanic give players so much freedom, creating a really satisfying parkour experience.

I pushed myself and managed to reach over 1300 points, which felt really rewarding. I especially love that the game lets players customize the difficulty, making the experience very accessible and player-friendly.

Overall, an amazing job!

Developer

I think thats the highest score I've heard from so far.
Good job and thank you for playing.

This game is so much fun. The movement feels very smooth - I just love running, jumping and grappeling around the maps, and I found myself playing this for a long time. Like someone mentioned before I too love the feeling of anxiety/challenge when I see the countdowns turning red. I really enjoy the fact that the spawning countdowns seem to get shorter as time passes, it makes it so the game doesn't get boring. The first map is perfect for a more chill experience, with an emphasis on moving freely around the map as fast as possible. The 2nd map is much harder with more grapples, more jump'n'run elements and requires more precision. While it's still a fun experience on 'easy' difficulty, it really is a beast on 'hard' (skill issue on my end). My highscore was around 700 on mediocre & 1st map, but I like the game so much I'll work on it further.

Now that I've praised it a lot, there are a few things I'd hope for in the future: the highscores that are displayed in the main menu should definitely be displayed separately for both maps, not only for the difficulties, especially since the maps are so different. Also I would love it if the map elements on 2nd map would be coloured as they are on the first one. Plus it would be really cool if there were other special items to collect, e.g. one that increases all countdown times, or a timed point boost or something similar.

Overall, this has been the game I've played the most thus far in this jam, so thank you for making this, I'm having a blast!

Developer

Thank you for the feedback. I think I've heard some of the points before, Maybe  I will expand the game somewhere in the future.

Really cool concept and take on the theme! A bit difficult to see the clocks and turn quickly, because the game lagged a bit on my laptop, but very nice game!

Developer

Sorry to hear.
Did you play in Browser or on download? Performance is probably worse when playing in Browser.
But good to hear you enjoyed it nonetheless.

Nice movement physics, so fun when you get the hang of it and can skate around the map.

Developer

Glad you enjoyed it. I wish I could have made the grapple smoother as well.
