How does your game fit the theme?
My game fits Count Down because the core mechanic is literally about time running out: every lead, clue, and investigation choice advances the clock, so solving the mystery means managing a countdown instead of just exploring at leisure. GMTK’s theme allows direct interpretations like “a countdown to zero” or “numbers going down,” and my design uses both the schedule pressure and the shrinking opportunity window as the main challenge.

My first idea for this jam was similar to your game before I landed on my submission. Great minds think a like. I really liked the design. Every action counted and I think you did a good job selling that noir vibe with the limited scope.

I really liked how every action costs time in the game, a little less how clues expire. Also, the movement should be a bit faster i think. Overall fun game :)

I really enjoyed it — the art, the mechanics of collecting evidence against the characters, and the way you can immediately see it when making an accusation.

Great atmosphere. I wish the buttons/menus were more "in game" and "in style", but I know it's impossible to do everything in such short amount of time.

Also I find it funny, that after accusing somebody I moved through the door and fell below the level :D

Very interesting take on the theme. I liked that the time was used almost as currency, it added a nice twist to the gameplay. Also I really liked the low poly artstyle.
