The game looks great, and the intro animation is impressive for a game jam. I think the combat lacks a bit of variety. But overall, congratulations!

I completely agree art of animation and intro is TOP NOTCH AA+ stuff! The game itself was like too big contrast compared to intro, but I still ahd a lot of fun, well designed :D Whoever did this intro is extremely talended, but grats to whole team!
That intro sequence is legendary! Rare quality of animation for a jam game.
The following gameplay didn't quite live up to how hype the intro left me. The combat needed some more player feedback and variety. The level design was really cool though!
Cool to see so much effort went into establishing a narrative cutscene at the start of the game! Not a lot of game jam games offer that, so it is a great advantage.
The character design and 3D model for the character look great as well.
The game itself felt a bit too repetitive, since there was no variety in the waves or in the strategy required to beat them.
The animations and sounds were great, and that ending genuinely caught me off guard! The rounds felt a little too similar in difficulty, but overall I had a really good time.
I don't quite understand where the pregnant lady came from but the game was quite fun.
Some of the enemies stopped moving half way to the fire.
It's quite impressive how much you managed to create in such a short time!
Thank you so much for playing our game!✨️
The ending is because Anayra (the protagonist) approaches the altar of Atabey, the Taíno goddess of fertility, to pray for her wish to become a mother. Regarding the enemies, it's one of the things we want to improve with a bit more time.
And yes, we definitely sacrificed a lot of sleep to finish this project in such a short amount of time. It was a challenging but really fun experience. Thanks again for your feedback!
Very pretty looking game and very impressive to include a whole introductory cutscene! Nicely done!
