It was a little bit hard to understand what I was supposed to do until I watched the gameplay video and there isn't enough collision around the edges, it was really easy to walk through the gaps in walls or pogo off the ground out of bounds. Since there's no restart button, I just had to reload the page to get the game working again. I think that the game needs more polish and sign-posting and then it could be a great game, it's just a little bit hard to understand what I'm supposed to do right now

Interesting idea, but definitely hard to understand.  A lot of mechanics and not a lot of time to figure them out.

The cold open was interesting, but didn't quite land for me. It almost seemed like a buggy first level at first, and having to redo each time you die while trying to figure out the controls definitely stole some of its power I think.

It also felt hard to feel like you were doing something right. There wasn't a lot of feedback to enemies hitting you, so I didn't even notice it was happening until I started only watching the healthbar while I spammed buttons. I think I kept getting killed because an enemy would be behind me or right under me and I wouldn't notice, but again, hard to tell.

Seems like an idea with some promise. Pogoing felt fun. But this version made it a bit hard to see where it could go.

The theming of the game is overall quite strong! It's quite laggy for me in browser, and it's a lot of mechanics to pickup when the initial room is quite tough. For the amount of time available in the jam it's good work!

I wanna understand this better bc something about it intrigues me, but i'm not sure i fully get it. I like the cold open, does a lot with a little to get you interested, I also quite like the cute weird simplified enemies. The combat feels quite punishing or unintuitive to me, I kept dying until i just started spamming kick which seems to stunlock most enemies, but couldn't get passed the boss after a couple tries.

There are two mechanics I forgot to mention: dead second, where you slow time before hit; and perfect deflect, where you slash a projectile during slowdown (it doesn't actually trigger on kick, which actually deflects, that's a bug, maybe a feature?)

With good abuse of the systems you can make the game a breeze. I updated the description to accommodate. Thx for playing!
