I like idle game and this was very well made! My only complaint is that it takes far too long to pay off the debt. Aside from that, it was a lot of fun!

By the way, why did you set the game in Rome? XD

Developer(+1)

Hah yeah it does take too long, I don't think I've ever managed to pay off the debt... we kind of realised that 5 trillion is crazy after we made the note you see in the start menu! Whoops.

Lukas and I were in Rome for holidays recently and saw many scammers 'playing' the cup game - so we were inspired to make a clicker based on them lol

Love the art you guys made for this it's a cute style! Agreed with the other commentor I think once you're able to lengthen the day enough and then get your luck high enough it just becomes a waiting game. All those seagulls flying around is super satisfying, might be even better with sound :)

Thank you for playing!

Yeah we used a combination of watercolor to draw out the environment and MS paint for the characters... And our friend made the note you see in the start menu out of a magazine :)

Hopefully in the future Lukas and I will get a bit more time to add some more ways to make money so it's less waiting around !

Absolute mayhem here

I think the 5 trillion limit was a bit high, but nothing a quick self-taught crash course in autohotkey scripting cannot fix:

Sad that there's no victory screen though. At least they owe me the GDP of a small country now.

Fun clicker! It's really satisfying to see the numbers get absurdly large, I like how there was no cap on the upper limit. If the goal had been five billion it would have been perfect (without taking the "Cheat the Game" button to the next level), I thought until then the exponential curve worked out perfectly. Super satisfying to see the sea gull army doing its thing as well, amazing job on the game feel here!

Game looks lovely as well, I thought the animations on the player character doing the ball game and the characters coming in were neat, the cutouts moving. Gave it a very distinct art style, I liked it a lot. Very well done, great job!

Woah look at all those gulls go! Thank you for leaving such a thoughtful review for our game :)
We wanted to take a bit more time to balance the numbers for the game, glad it still felt a fun and playable even though we never got to that task!

xx Nicole & Lukas

My fingers hurt :( Otherwise good game

Developer(+1)

Hehehe have you really played a clicker if you aren't in pain afterwards?
Thank you so much!!!

Pretty neat game, lengthening day is absolutely overpowered lol. Feel like paying off the debt is harder than getting the money. I really like the art, but the game is really missing sound effects and stuff.

Great game though, good luck on your future projects

Hah we thought about capping the length of day upgrade but didn't in the end!
Thank you for the kind review :)
