How does your game fit the theme?
An unstoppable countdown is counting down, the player must collect sand by defeating enemies and reach the end of the game to bank it into an hourglass, slowing the countdown. Everyone who plays this game is contributing to the same timer, which never stops even when no one is playing.

Collectively adding sand to the hourglass to keep the count going is such a cool idea. I feel like there is something interesting to be build from that concept.

The auto-shooter platformer gameplay was fun, and I managed to beat the boss, have a satisfying rain of sand, and add it to the collective countdown. Interesting game with a cool neon aesthetic.

I really like the idea of this single character who gets powered up by all the collective players. I think the idea could have been pushed more though, such as having individual upgrades giving tiny amounts of power (for example only getting 1 additional hp) but as a collective all us players would be making a difference. It seemed that by the time I started playing all the upgrades had all been purchased, though this might have been a bug? I also got stuck on some level geometry, so a quick respawn method would be handy.

I also want to mention that I found the automatic gun firing to be annoying, the repeated bangs that can't be turned off mean I can't enjoy any of the other sound design. I would much prefer manual.

It's a cool concept, but I feel that its only the tip of the iceberg.

I love the idea of the shared session, though I'd be interested to see what it was like for the first people to play. Cool entry!

The fact that we're all playing the same game session is freaking cool! We need more players contributing to the timer TT !
